Bay Speed

I had a horrible experience doing business with this company. I took a two hour trip to pick up a product and I was told they didn’t have it in stock once I arrived, although I called to confirm it was in stock before arriving.

I had a horrible experience with this company I was lied several different times. They said they shipped the item when they hadn’t. Then they tried to over charge for shipping fees. The reason I know this is because the shipping company told me. They have horrible business practices and communication. They did not disclose any information about shipping or return fees prior to the purchase then tried to enforce policies and fees after the fact. I recommend to avoid at all cost

Good product but full of crap!
I found this company on ebay! The add had a phone number and a request to call before bidding, so i did. The manager Eddie asked me to please order direct from them as to save them the ebay costs. I was weary of this because it breaks every ebay rule but i did it anyway.
I purchased wheels from these guys and paid there 7 day shipping cost of $ 120.00. Seven days passed and the wheels arrived mismatched.
I called and explained about there mistake. Eddie (manager) said he was sorry and promised to resent the proper wheels with express mailing right away (i was told he was packing the proper ones as we spoke). 5 five days later i called to get updated about my wheels and Eddie tells me he still hasn’t sent them, now I was upset. At this point i complained a bit like most would having paid for 7 day shipping and here it is day 12! Now Eddie states «I’ll send them 2^nd day delivery and you will get them Wednesday»! I tracked my package and now find out the wheels will not come for another 7 to 10 days. Eddie lied again about shipping and i wont receive my wheels for a total of 22 days!
The moral of the story is, «don’t trust Bay Speed Aero kit when it comes to shipping the proper order or promises of fast reshipping» they make really stupid mistakes and then take it out on the customer as if it was the customers fault!
