OMG!!! From beginning to end. After having called the infamous Roto Rooter, and them trying to commit straight up robbery, I went on Unilocal to find someone to cure my sick, sick kitchen drain. I called one number and found that they were out of business, then i called Big Apple and my dreams became reality. First, the owner, Nick, was on the phone when I called, said he would call me back and did so in less than an hour. Told him my issues, he promised to have someone out to me the next day between 12 – 2, 12:45, they were ringing the bell. Friendly and professional enough without being overbearing, came Anthony and Theo. I had two issues a leak from my tenant’s shower and the blockage in my kitchen; I am blocked no more and the leak that happened because of poor workmanship, will be fixed today. YIPPIE!!!
Their pricing is reasonable and they clean up behind themselves!!!
I recommend them highly!

I contacted two Brooklyn plumbers before calling Big Apple: one travels by bike and said that I was beyond his limited service range while the other failed to respond to my two voice-​mail messages. Big Apple picked up the phone right away and I set up a quick consultation with them for the next day followed by an actual (non-​emergency) service visit a few days later. The mini-​job was completed quickly and neatly. After this first experience with them, I consider Big Apple to be trustworthy and honest so I would use them again.
