This place does not even deserve a rating. I have been searching for a dermatologist in the area and so I called this place up. I spoke to a really nasty lady and she told me that they do not take my plan. She informed me that I could call up my provider and find out where I can find a doctor. I did exactly that and after putting in my information for my provider, they gave me a listing for a doctors office near me. I call up and it’s the same number from the last time. So the nasty lady gets on the phone and I started out saying I’m sorry if I called a second time, but i just got off the phone with my provider and this is what they gave me. This lady was sooooo nasty. She was getting an attitude and telling me that I was wrong that they do not take my plan. And I’m telling her what I was informed and omg she was so rude. Yelling at me when I wasn’t even raising my voice. News Flash: IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB, leave. You are suppose to be professional and you are in a place where you are suppose to have a calm demeanor. Glad my plan isn’t accepted at this place, I could tell I would of had a massive attitude on my hands. Nasty nasty.

worst place everr! i wouldnt even rate it one star but i have to. dr biro is the worst doctor! always in a rush and tries to get rid of you quickly. the wait is very long so be ready to wait ! never coming here again

My son was at Dr Biro’s office, waited two hours and was quite surprised when instead of seeing a dermatologist he was seen by the PA. They also charged him the $ 40 copay when his insurance card said no copays for full time students. have been trying to get the money back but no response yet. Will not go back to this office

Brought my young daughter to this office and i found dr. Lazlo Biro very kind and sensitive and not disimissive and yet not reactive either. I very much appreciate it. I feel like visiting him is a nice old world experience. He is a very important presence in the dermatolgical community and here he is in Bay Ridge.
