I did not know what to expect when I came to this store and I must say I was quite pleased. There were so many cute and fun pieces at great prices. Definitely worth 5 stars. I really liked the sleeveless floral dresses and cat eye glasses. There is a lot of authentic vintage pieces like high waisted shorts and close-cut colored denim jeans.

Great items! Always find great stuff… bought cool Xmas decorations, including wrapping paper. A pleasure dealing with Laura.

This place is a treasure. Beautifully edited 50s collection, with a little 40s or 60s for good measure. And not just clothes. Wonderful ceramics and accessories, as well as things like wrapping paper and greeting cards, all in pristine condition. A fun shopping experience with super-knowledgeable owner. love it.

Amazing store. So many treasures. At great prices. I had a preppy pullover from the 60’s and a pencil sharpener from the 70’s. The lady who owns the store clearly knows her stuff and is very nice.

Incredible Quality, Great Prices, and each item is in Outstanding Condition! Honestly, I couldn’t believe how very pristine everything was — from clothing, to accessaries to household items. Loved that everything was so neatly displayed, in color and pattern order so it was easy to browse. What a lovely store. .. and with music to match! Will be back. ..

I recently had an exceptional experience in this well-edited shop! It was a warm day when I came in needing to find a dress to wear to a friend’s bridal shower that weekend. Laura(the owner, I believe) greeted me when I came in, then gave me space to browse. I really respect when shop-owners acknowledge your presence but don’t hover as you look over every garment. When I had questions however, she was attentive and gave her honest opinion as to what looked best on me(a big plus as I was shopping alone). I left extremely satisfied and cannot wait to discover what she has stocked on my next visit.

This is a great, reasonably priced, true vintage store, specializing in midcentury(50s — 70s) clothing. There is a broad selection of dresses, tops, bottoms, shoes & purses(my personal fave!), and a pretty substantial men’s section as well. I stopped in recently and got a fantastic, perfectly fitting top for only $ 22.(Most items are under $ 50, and have never seen a price tag over $ 100 here) The store is spacious, well organized, and all of their items are in mint condition(many with original tags still on). A previous reviewer noted that this store is not like your usual ‘claustrophobic’ vintage stores in Manhattan — you could take that as either a plus or minus depending on your personal taste. Personally, I can appreciate the owner’s obvious attention for detail in the curation & organization of the shop. Since the location is a little off the beaten path, there are definitely still some hidden gems(& great deals) to be uncovered here(they’re just hanging neatly on a rack, and not under a giant mound of stuff like some other shops!). I’ll be back for sure!

AMAZING selection of mid century clothing and small house ware items. This is truly a vintage store with every item being a gorgeous piece, do not expect thrift store items or prices. Many items are even deadstock and have their original tags on them! I have come home with gorgeous dresses, pencil skirts and outstanding purses. All the items are reasonably priced and if you are looking for something specific she probably already has it or will keep her eye out for you. Definitely worth going off the beaten path for this gem.

Amazing bag finds. You can find anything in your price range from $ 100 to no more than $ 120. I vow that every week or so I will buy something from there because it is just that precious. The poodle 1950’s woven bag I bought has received so many compliments. Love this store worth the travel

Maybe it is because I’m used to the warmly claustrophobic vintage stores that grace Manhattan … digging my way around a fabric maze … but every time I wander into Bopkat I feel kind of unsatisfied. Don’t get me wrong, this shop displays a respectable collection of mid-century coats and dresses and some pretty pieces of pottery from the same time frame, but I just miss the challenge.

This is a super cute little shop! mid 20th century clothing, collectables and accessories at super cheap prices! It’s a small shop that looks a little sparse, but they make up for it with good taste, quality, and prices. about 1⁄3 of it reminded me of my favorite vintage shop ever, the other 1⁄3 is stuff I already own, and the last 1⁄3 stuff is stuff I wanna own! really great ’50’s bowls for $ 15 or less(I’d see the same thing usually for $ 25+) cute vintage dresses with great quality. No rips stains etc all for $ 20 or less. seriously, an amazing shop, kinda in the middle of nowhere, but worth the trek over there.
