I ordered from Brooklyn Delight on GrubHub and was pleasantly delighted, no pun intended, with the speed of delivery and the quality of the hot, delicious Chinese food. The vegetable spring rolls were crispy and pleasantly oily, with a mushroom, carrot, and potato filling. The crispy beef was a huge portion, with some kosher frozen broccoli florets for garnish, and the sauce was pleasantly spicy and redolent of orange. I was so full I couldn’t even finish the white rice. Not bad for kosher Chinese, at 18 dollars for the beef and 3 dollars for the spring rolls.

This is an excellent Chinese kosher restaurant. We’ve been looking for a good kosher Chinese place for a long time. We tried Brooklyn Delight for the first time today. We ordered a bunch of entrees and appetizers for delivery. Got the food very quickly. The food was just exceptional. We had the beef lo mein, chicken egg roll, chicken lettuce wrap and a bunch of soups. All were great! Very tasty. Not so heavy(for Chinese food). If you’re looking for a quality kosher Chinese place, look no further. Can’t remember the last time I enjoyed Chinese food from a kosher establishment in Brooklyn. Highly recommended

I ordered General Tzo chicken and beef dumplings. It cost a whopping $ 30 including the delivery fee and a driver tip. I ordered through Get . When food had not arrived after an hour, I called Brooklyn Delight who told me they had not received the order but would get the order out to me within half an hour. It took them another hour to get the food to me. When the food finally arrived(2 hours in total after I originally placed the order), I wished it hadn’t. The dumplings were completely inedible. The chicken was Chinese food at its worst. Dried out and full of artificial garbage. The fried rice was about the best of the 3 items delivered and even that was mushy and bland. I have ordered the same chicken before and it was pretty good and it arrived on time, but I won’t be taking the risk that I catch them on a bad day. Certainly will not be ordering from them again.

Good Chinese restaurant for a kosher place, but the menu is not large. The hot and sour soup was hotter than normal and we couldn’t eat it. The wonton was better with three chicken wontons in a tasty broth. The lunch specials are a good value but the entrees on the regular menu are pricey(average $ 18). The sesame chicken was fresh, good sauce and not overly fried. The beef and vegetables had tender meat and crispy veggies but the sauce was a little heavy. The restaurant was clean and so was the restroom. We live in Midwood and the other Chinese kosher place that opened on Coney Island Avenue is just awful by comparison. Note: The gratuity is included in the bill. We will come back to Brooklyn Delight.

I’ve ordered a couple of times from Brooklyn Delight. Usually when I need a quick local chinese fix. Their appetizers are not very tasty and sub par to say the least. I have enjoyed the Veggie lo mein and the sauteed veggies. They were actually done right and quite tasty. The service is friendly and very willing to help.

This was my first time eating here and must I say the food was excellent. I ordered a healthy dish and was very pleased. The atmosphere is nice and cozy, and the staff was very welcoming. I had a few words with the owner about this place and found out he is in this business for over 10 years. Would recommend this place if near by. Takes me back to kosher delight.

I’m so disappointed in my experience at this place. The waitress didn’t know one thing about the menu. When I asked for a recommendation she kept saying she doesn’t know. Finally a waiter came and took over our table. We asked for water and from the back of the restaurant he yelled asking if we wanted ice in our water… I had to yell back for him to hear me. Which is not proper adequate for a restaurant. My egg drop wonton soup came cold and with corn in it. My main dish was even colder! Also, good luck finding anything healthy to eat here.

I went here with my wife this evening for dinner. The food is excellent. We ordered sesame chicken with white rice, chicken lomein, BBQ beef sewers and wonton soup and it all came out great. The service is excellent everyone is friendly the ladies in the front and the gentlemen in the back. I personally enjoyed the food here very much it’s hard to find tasty kosher chinese food. We didn’t try their American menu, that will be next time.

This is my second time here and the food has been consistently delicious. Sesame Chicken, Sweet and Pungent Chicken, Chicken Lo Mein, and Beef and Broccoli are all good. The Curly Fries were exceptional tonight. The only thing keeping them from getting the fifth star is the service — eager but still lacking. It feels like they are still working on getting staffed up.(It was better this time than last time, so they seem to be improving.) Stop by and give them a try — you won’t regret it.
