Always ready for customers! Pizza and Pizza Knots special is one of the best kosher deals in NYC! Thin slices and a big flavor!

This was the worst dining experience I’ve had in years. The person behind the counter at first ignored us, the was surley. The pastrami sandwich was sloppily prepared, and the bread soggy. The knish greasy and tasteless.

Oh man, I can’t believe no one has reviewed this place yet. Anyway, the name of the place is a bit misleading. While they technically serve a few other items that I haven’t tried(pizza and pasta), 90% of what they serve involves bagels and/or cheese. And that’s OK! Because if you’re going to pick one thing to focus on, you should do it really really well, which they do. I recommend the cheese omelette platter as the perfect lazy Sunday breakfast. Most omelets I get out are overcooked, but this one is always cooked perfectly. The mozzarella cheese it comes with is a great change of pace from the crappy yellow American you get at most places, and they are generous with it. Or for 50 cents extra you can get Muenster cheese, which adds a nice extra bit of flavor. Combine that with perfectly cooked and seasoned potatoes and a really good, soft on the inside but with a nice bite on the outside bagel. A fair price at $ 4.50 including a coffee. Plus you get to be served by an awesome 70-year-old Jewish guy with a big white beard. The lox is also quite good if you want to mix it up a bit. Or you can get the tuna(not my thing, but seems popular) or a few different flavors of cream cheese on a bagel. There are also other omelette fillings(like mushroom) available. Note that they do not serve any meat(other than seafood), and are closed on Saturdays. If you live near this place, you are probably already used to this.
