I got really sick right after having dinner here with my kids makes me wonder if they are using sick horses and cattle for their burgers… won’t be coming anymore

Ordered delivery. The food might have been good if it wasn’t cold when I got it. The delivery dude gave me a bunch of attitude for not putting in the right apt. number. I explained how to call up in the special intructions, but I guess they don’t read those. Maybe it’s better dining in.

Delivery time during lunch hour wasn’t too bad. took an hour but that’s normal. I ordered in advance.
The Sweet potato fries were good and not too skinny which I like. BUT they did kinda taste frozen like the ones you can buy at the supermarket.
The lemonade… half of the drink had spilled out. and I ordered a regular lemonade but received a pink lemonade. I don’t know if they still have the regular lemonade but this pink lemonade is too too sweet.
now for what we came here for, a burger MY way. I ordered my steak cheeseburger (supposedly the most popular) cooked medium. It arrived dry and tasteless. None of the condiments I asked for were included. The bun was probably the best part of this burger. the meat had no flavor or seasoning. was cooked way too well done and dried out. scrounging around my office for an extra pack of ketchup during lunch was annoying.
there are many many burger places in new york. I can say that I would rather hit crown fried or anywhere else the next time I’m at work instead of Burger UrWay.

I’ve ordered from here twice and enjoyed it both times! My food arrived ahead of time and everything is delicious. I’m surprised at the reviews honestly. I mean if you don’t enjoy soggy fries maybe opt to eat in rather than have them delivered to sit in their own heat and condensation? I’ve had the bacon steak burger from here which was very fresh and well cooked. I love a good pickle and these do not disappoint! Their cheese fries are decent if you’re into American cheese or cheese wiz. Last night I ordered the cola wings with onion rings. The wings were really good, the only thing I’d change is having them with more sauce. I really liked the onion rings, they held up very well on their way and are hand battered.

they have the worst fuckin service ever! the nerve of you to deliver my order without the fries and soda, then you bring me a cold ass turkey burger for me to wait for my fries! never the fuck again!

Ive ordered from this place more than handful of times. And each time the orders gets worse and worse. Delivery time is hell. Today January 25^th 2016 had to waot 2 hours, 1 hour 3 mins past delivery time before cancelling. Food comes sometimes wrong or cold and messy. I ordered the Belgium waffles and the maple syrup that comes with it is unforgivable. Sometimes it come open in the bag sometimes they give you water drops of syrup in a small container. The waffle comes hard and cold if not delivered on time. The food can be good, and i think its good But food joint in the hood will give you hood quality service.

I think people should be advised that this place is not a fast food restaurant! Burgers are made to order and they do take a while to prepare your order. The food is great! Delivery could be better but if you have the opportunity to go inside, I’d recommend it. Very clean plus they have deals that are usually offered in store only. Friendly staff.

Maybe I caught them on a bad day because really can’t understand all the good reviews on here. Saw they were recently added to the eat24 delivery options and figured I’d try them out after seeing some positive Unilocal reviews. was super disappointed and barely ate any of our food. Everything was cold and soggy when it showed up. And I’m really not super picky about these things, but cold soggy flavorless fries are just not my jam. The wings were inedible. As soon as i bit into the first one, i realized they were undercooked and didn’t want to risk getting sick, so we tossed those. The burger was also super lacking. Literally. The patty was about half the size of the bun with some cold unmelted cheese on top. Really just not good. There are sooooo many better options for burgers in the area. Ridgewood ale house, burger it up, 983, fritzl’s, amun, koda are all waaaaay better options than this place. Hell, I’d even rather hit up ol McD’s than eat from this place again.

Friendly staff, good burger specials. Sagar (he took our order) was great with the kids. Burgers were good, and the fries are just the way we like them — crispy outside soft inside. Good selection of interesting offerings.

The food was delicious. The customer service needs MUCH improvement, however. In addition, while the restaurant was clean, bugs were flying around the restaurant and we kept having to wave them away.

I wish I could give no stars because of the situation that happened. My girlfriend and I ordered food to be delivered too us from here thinking it would be a one two three thing. We were waiting for 2+ hours when we finally received a call from the location saying «they couldn’t reach either phone, that they left voicemails and text messages». I told them too please just deliver the food and pronto. Another hour passed by and nothing. Had to call up grubhub too cancel. Whoever runs this place, the delivery driver & the the person that called me up… All of them need too be fired and not work in the restaurant/​fast food business. 3+ hours for just a waste of time, a pending refund on my bank statement, and my stomach still grumbling!!!

The food showed up after 2+ hours and of course, cold and soggy. The delivery man couldn’t even walk up 4 stairs to hand me my food upon delivery. I wouldn’t waste my time on this sub-​par place.

My girlfriend and I ordered a burger and fries for delivery. It took well over an hour to receive our food and by the time it got here it was cold. Into the oven went the fries and onto a skillet went the burger and bun. Once heated up it was the food was actually pretty decent and at $ 6 for burger, fries, and a soda it was a good deal. I’d be on the fence about ordering delivery again but other than taking so long it wasn’t bad.

I ordered delivery at 6:53pm and the food came at 9:25pm. I made three phone calls and after finally reaching someone they said it was on it’s way. The food was fine, but I will never be ordering from here again. No one should ever have to wait that long for 2 burgers.

I’ve been there a couple of times and can finally write a reveiw. So, yes there is a huge selection of items on their menu. If you’re a health nut they’ve got fish, turkey, chicken burgers. The also have wraps (wheat, flour, spinach). If you just want a greasy, juicy, sloppy burger fix… They got that to. You basically can get what you want.
This particular trip found me in front of a new guy who had no clue how to follow the order and left me with a soggy spinach wrap because I specifically asked for the sauce on the side. Smh!!!

I LOVE the burgers from this place, the topping selection is awesome and mostly free (bacon is obviously extra, but SO worth it)
Pro tip: ask for sauce on the side, the southwest sauce in particular is awesome for fry dipping.

This place opened up not too long ago. They say they have 100% angus beef. They have burgers, fish burgers, wings (if your into wings, they have about 10 different types), salads, wraps and grilled cheeses. Burgers are good, they are grilled to order and fresh. Recently I have been getting there chicken burger, which is also very good. I like that they have lots of options, different sauces like bbq, ranch, and Jamaican jerk, different toppings like avocado, grilled onions, mushrooms, olives and all kinds of peppers. I also like that you can get a wheat bun, instead of white. They also have my fave, sweet potato fries.
Prices are reasonable. They have a 5 dollar lunch specials, everyday its something different. Customer service is okay, no one looking to be friendly, but they are helpful if you ask a question. Its grilled to order so its not that fast, but normally the wait isn’t long.
I just found out today that they deliver, $ 10 min. Cool spot!

steak burgers, wings, shakes and fries… yes its a burger joint… lol. This place is okay, I’m more of a chicken person and this place definitely is focused on steak burgers! (although they do have a chicken sandwich).
the food: they say there burgers are 100% certified angus beef, so everythings a «steak» burger. they have a veggie and turkey burger options. they also have a grilled chicken sandwich. I haven’t tried there wings yet but they have a big variety, hot screamin, mild smiling, honey bbq, honey teriyaki, spicy bbq and wings in cola, which have some sauce made with coca cola. They also have salads, wraps and some seafood options like mahi mahi.
they price: combos are 7 – 10 bucks, salad and wraps are 4 – 7 bucks, wings are 6 – 20 bucks depending on the # of wings you order.
the place: fast food joint, a few tables, open kitchen (they grill your stuff to order).
