McDonald’s

OH my goodness, Why did I even go back to this place. I went to the drive thur and the wait was not bad this time BUT when I got the order the french fries and the chicken nuggets was burnt and when I ask for them to be changed the cashier told us «that all the fried food is going to be like that because of the oil». So I asked when are they going to charge the oil and he said «Not until Tomorrow!»
So of course that gross me out and I told him to give me back my money! That’s It I’m never going there again!

I got here around 10 Am for a second breakfast. I had breakfast at home but I had been out since 8 AM and knew I wouldn’t get home earlier than 1 PM for lunch so I stopped in here before I took the subway to Manhattan.
I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel. It took about 10 minutes I looked at the sandiwch. There were two slices of cheese, American I believe. One slice wasn’t quite melted but by the time got to the subway it was.

I can tolerate long lines if there’s an effort on the employees to keep things moving but when its the result of employees yakking with their co-​workers or the infamous «pimp stroll» when it comes time for the cashier to get away from her co-​workers and actually do some work (complete with «I’m doing YOU the favor by working here» attitude-​no problem cashing the paycheck I’ll bet), I am less forgiving. My wife’s brother lives in Brooklyn about 2 miles from here and my wife wanted something to eat after visiting him a few weeks back., so we stopped by here. Let’s just say it took a while, due to the factors listed above.

I know that this is just McDonalds BUT customer service is customer service and today… this McDonalds… gets the ultimate FAIL! I wish that I could give negative stars!
I only go to McDonalds when my mother wants a shake and I typically go to another one (as you will see by my check-​ins). Anyway, this one was closer to my niece’s school.
So, I ordered and the order was repeated to me… verbatim. Good… so I get to the window to pay and the young lady repeats the correct order to me… AGAIN. Then, she tells me that she will bring the receipt to me at the next window.
I get my order and it is missing two drinks and an order of fries. The manager says that I was not charged for the order of fries. Okay, fine. Mistakes happen… I gave him my card to pay a little over two dollars for the dang fries. Then, we wait… and wait… and wait… finally; one of the workers who assisted with my order comes back MUCH LATER and asks me…“what are you waiting for?” Seriously?! What the hello do you think I am waiting for!!! Calmly I state…“my fry and drinks.” Then the manager proceeds to tell me that I didn’t pay for the drinks either. I kindly asked, «Does the happy meal come with a drink?» «Oh yes,» he replied. So he gives me the lemonade for the kid’s meal (correct) and a children’s meal apple juice (wrong). I ask «why am I receiving two drinks for the happy meal??» The manager says that the young lady (who took my order) charged me for that. I asked for my receipt and he kindly gave it to me. So he was correct, the nice young lady (I must not call her what I really want to call her) repeated my order to me (TWICE) but entered it incorrectly! Are her fingers disconnected to her brain?!
Anyway…the kind manager (because I cannot possibly call him anything else… i.e., slow) asks me if I want to make the kid’s drink a large to make up for the mistake. UMMM NO… I would like an iced tea. He could not and would not give me the $ 1.19 iced tea for their mistake. First of all, he should have given me the drink due to the mistakes. Secondly, what 5 (FIVE) year old is going to drink a large strawberry lemonade smoothie in addition to her happy meal?! Well, should I say «average» or «under average» size child. My niece is very tiny and thin. BUT STILL! What the hello!!!
What happened to customer service?!
Okay…I’m done with this rant! I guess I could take the blame for not demanding a receipt and looking it over.

One of the worst McDonald’s. The wait is always long now matter how many people are on line.

Don’t even waste your money. Very slow paced and very ghetto. One girl even tried to keep my cash like as if I wasn’t going to notice that she kept half of my change, better off firing everyone and rehiring a whole new staff because everyone seems to be rude there

They have a 24 hour drive thru
Average micky d’s, roll the dice, sometimes its good food, good service, smooth sailing, then other times bad bad bad!
typical menu, sometimes they run out of stuff. Small main level, but they have upstairs seating. Parking lot is also kind of small.

They have 24hour drive thru written everywhere signs all sides. I drove through no one answered. I called them and someone answered they said not open till 6… False advertisement. Awful.

This is the king of fast food. First time at this location service pretty fast. Food it’s McDonald what you expect !!!

Don’t waste your time. this place is terrible. bad service and bad food.
Many times they are «out» of certain items, like apple pies. Sometimes there machines are not working, like the frappé machine. Drive through line is crazy most of the time. Employees are not friendly at all and have made mistakes with my order several times.
Worst of all, food is not fresh. Many times chicken nuggets are rubbery, French fries are cold and burgers are dry, like the food is old. I get grossed when food is not served to me hot, because we all know heat kills bacteria.
sometimes there are people asking for money in the drive through, annoying!

Ghetto employees rude manages the restaurant is filled with crackheads just horrible, pleased please its a place to eat, all the seat is filled with druges.

The burgers are super soggy and the workers are so rude. One time I came here a worker was about to fight a customer. Try to avoid this place !!!

Take forever to place an order then a eternity to receive it. Stay clear from here. Drive thru or walk in same thing. Bathrooms well let’s not go in there as well.

This place is a perfect stop on the way to the or from the airport! They are open late as well so if you are really hungry hit the drive-​thru.
