Ordered over $ 80 in food from here for a team lunch. After waiting over an hour for delivery(which was originally estimated 35 – 45 minutes in my confirmation, I opened the bags to find half of our order missing and ice cold food. I called and spoke to a man who told me they were«busy» and was completely unapologetic. I then had to wait an ADDITIONALHOUR and 15 minutes for the remainder of our food to arrive(cold again, nonetheless) and the order was wrong again!!! No apology, no customer service. Ridiculous. Needless to say I will NEVER be ordering from here again. The food is mediocre, at best anyway. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

For an establishment that is almost always empty their customer service sucks and there is always a long wait for practically anything you order.

Great Burgers the meat is incredible, the burgers are juicy and tasty. The only thing that made no sense was why would you use cheap fries. This place has a great product what missing is the perfect marriage which would be fresh non processed fries.

WARNING: NONEOFTHE«VEGAN» BURGERSAREACTUALLYVEGAN. I placed a pickup order and arrived 10 mins later than the time it told me to arrive. When I approached the counter the female employee just stared at me without saying a word. This rude gesture immediately notified me of the terrible customer service I was about to get. Despite adding another 10 mins to my pickup time, my order still wasn’t ready so I had to wait another 15 mins. This disorganization turned out to be a blessing in disguise because I watched the cook put my «vegan» burger right on top of the grill where he had just cooked regular burgers and also used the same utensils to flip my burger. Only seconds after watching my burger getting cooked in meat juice, I noticed the sign saying all burgers are served on egg buns. Sigh. I get it, you’re trying to capture a new market by advertising vegan burgers. However, if you cross contaminate your vegan burgers with meat and then serve them on an egg bun… THEYARENOTVEGAN. Please stop lying to your customers, this is a terrible disservice. By the way, when I told the employee I didn’t know the bun had egg and asked to switch it out, her response was to roll her eyes, shake her head, and scold me because«it’s already made!!!» …keep in mind this was only a minute after she told me my order wasn’t ready yet. Overall: terrible customer service from miserable employees, extremely long wait times, and falsely advertising non-vegan food as vegan. I wrote a rave review for this place when it first opened and am so disappointed with how terrible it’s gotten over the years. I always prefer to support local businesses instead of chains but I’m gonna be really honest: if you want cheap, fast food go to the new Chipotle down the street instead. Better service and better food. I live across the street and will never be patronizing this place again. How it has even lasted this long is beyond me. UPDATE: I contacted the company I placed my order through and asked them to remove the word«vegan» from their menu(as its not vegan). The manager they spoke with refused to cooperate with them. In other words, the owners know they are deceiving their customers and do not care. I will be filing a complaint to the BBB now. Please don’t support this horrible business, there are many other options.

(Felt like I had to leave a review after seeing how few stars other people had given this place) I only ever order through Seamless, but I order from here pretty frequently and it’s always super yummy & delivered super fast! Plus – they have grilled onions, which are the BEST!

This place is a hidden gem in fort greene. I’ve driven past this place a hundred times and never thought to go in. It was a Tuesday night and I was craving chicken tenders and a milkshake. I went in the workers were polite enough, I didn’t want long after ordering. I ordered chicken tenders and a cookies and cream milkshake and the total was around $ 12. Seems like an average price nowadays. I got home and the food was amazing. The chicken tenders weren’t over cooked and they were a good size. I am super picky about honey mustard and there’s was on the money ! The milkshake was great, I just wished it was more natural I didn’t like the vanilla syrup added to it. Overall, it was a great experience and I will be ordering from them regularly since I live close by.

I ordered here from seamless. I never actually been inside. And I’ve never had their burgers lol BUT I had their wings in two different flavors, honey bbq(thumbs up) and Mexican Chipotle(thumbs all the way down). The honey bbq was crispy and well flavored but that chipotle was horrible. The Mexican chipotle wings were freakishly huge and tastes awful. Couldn’t even finish it. I would order from here again though because I did like the honey bbq wings. The delivery was kind of late but no biggie.

I ordered a chia chipotle black bean burger. It was pretty good, but it was a bit mushy. However I also ordered avocado on my burger(a dollar extra) and it wasnt on my burger.

I can’t believe this place doesn’t have more stars! Like another reviewer, I’ve never been inside the establishment but my husband and I order from Burger UrWay fairly regularly through Seamless. While I admit the food and delivery were mediocre the first few times we ordered in 2014, I suspect something has changed for the better — maybe new management? — because the last few times our deliveries have been packaged in nicer, better quality materials, and the food tasted much fresher and just looked better put together. Our standbys here are the steak burgers and chicken tender combos. The fact that they are located literally down the street from us may be a factor, but the chicken tenders and fries are always super crispy and the burgers come perfectly cooked on a brioche bun in pristine condition. So far we’ve never had any issues, but these reviews make me feel very lucky about that!

Wow! for the price of the burger deluxe meal_I shouldn’t complain($ 10.81) I ordered lunch for myself and a co –worker, the burger was dry and the drown my burger with mel, edible but it was not worth the price! To top it off there was no ketchup for the fries or even a napkin to wipe my mouth! Never again shall I eat at Burgerurway! To say the least I was disappointed!!!

$ 6 for a lunch special where you get a burger, fries and a drink is a pretty good deal. It’s billed as a «limited time» only deal so come down on Tuesdays if you h ave a chance. With the logistics out of the way, let’s get to the food itself. The burger was of decent quality and cooked ok, about medium which is what I asked for. What they didn’t seem to get right was my request for fixings which was relatively simple of lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup and jalapenos. It’s not like I asked for the onions to be half cooked and laid specifically on top of pickles… and before you ask the place was empty. They gave me a burger that was standard: lettuce, tomato, ketchup and mayo so clearly somewhere between the cashier taking the order and the guy making the burger in an empty shop, the order was miscommunicated/lost. This is a really bad sign if you can’t get a burger right when your place is nearly empty. It’s going to be hard to convince me to give this place another chance… try at your own risk. Oh one more thing: cash only. Yea I know, seriously a lame policy for anyone that doesn’t carry cash.

Every once in a while I get a taste for a meat. I was pleasantly surprised. I had the bacon cheeseburger and onion rings. Next time I may try the crabcake. Kinda expensive for burger and fries($ 14.00) but hey what isn’t expensive nowadays? I picked up my order, can’t speak for the delivery service.

I have been ordering from here for over a year now via seamless. Mainly when too lazy to walk down the block and get an even tastier burger at the local corner store(my corner store may be better than your corner store ;-)). The burgers are good and delivery is usually timely. Yesterday, we ordered the Monthly Special(Blue Cheese Turkey Burger w Ranch Sauce). So good!!! Will probably order again tonight! Or at least before its no longer the monthly special!

Wow, total garbage. I ordered a crab cake sandwich with lettuce, grilled onions, jalapenos, pickles and tartar sauce with a medium fountain soda. Delivery was fairly quick, BUT everything else was shameful… They packaged my fountain soda in a clear plastic bag and just tossed it in the paper bag with the sandwich. It was just lying on it’s side by the time it arrived, and there was a pool of soda inside the bag from leaking out the straw hole in the plastic lid. I had to bring it to a sink, open the bag, pour out the spilled soda and wipe the whole cup down w/paper towels before I could drink from it. SLOPPY. Also, there was no ice in it, which may be a positive for some, I guess. Then came the sandwich… First of all, the whole thing was small compared to what you’d get at your average diner, bodega, burger place, etc. Considering this is specifically a burger/sandwich shop, I was pretty surprised and disappointed to receive such a small sandwich. The brioche bread was stale, hard and dry. I opened it to find they didn’t add the jalapenos and grilled onions I ordered, and they went very light on the lettuce, pickles and tartar sauce. As far as flavor, nothing worth mentioning. I feel like I just got robbed of $ 10 + tip. JESUS, HOWHARDISITTOMAKE A SIMPLESANDWICH!!! Also, I ordered this for lunch on my birthday,(like an idiot) so it was all the more disappointing.

Wow I was in shock when I saw the amount of stars this place has(only 3?!) Anyway I unfortunately have never been inside but often order for delivery here through seamless. I started off only ordering their chicken or fish burgers because I had given up beef for years. Then one day I decided to heck with that I’m ordering a real burger! So I ordered a cheeseburger from here(medium well please), and it was like the cows were calling me home :) Ever since then I have ordered here numerous times and because I am picky I often write instruction notes on the order(and also bc I’ve had way too many bad delivery experiences). Well let me tell you, this place does not skip a beat! My instructions go a little something like«well done/crispy fries, no tomato, substitute with wheat bun please» and never have I ever been disappointed. My loathe for soggy fries is enough to make me want to report any restaurant to the FDA and Burger UrWay has never disappointed me. I sometimes question if they are actually my next door neighbor. Well done Burger UrWay, delivery with perfection.

There is no love in this burger. I ordered lunch for myself and two others, the burger was cooked, edible but it was not worth the hefty price tag. Lunch for 3 was $ 40! To top it off there was no ketchup for the fries or even a napkin to wipe my mouth! Never again shall I eat at Burgerurway!

So the thing with this place is that you try and look at who’s making your food. The Jamaican guy in the back is wonderful and always cooks my burgers medium well, anyone else doesn’t get the temperature right. The food is good and the staff is helpful. Also it’s better to pick up your food since most deliveries are done on a bike and usually rushed so food tends to arrive cold and incomplete. I save myself the trouble and pick up my order.

Eh. The reviews were actually pretty good on Seamless, so we thought we’d give it a shot. I got a cheeseburger, which was actually solidly prepared in and of itself. Not too dry, not too greasy. Pretty good. But – and this is a big but – there was no lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, ketchup, mustard, or mayo. No nothing! It was a burger, with some cheese on a bun. Did they forget? There was no explanation of what comes on the burger on Seamless, so I just assumed that, y’know, it comes with all the usuals. The onion rings were also eh. Not greasy, but just kind of flaccid. My boyfriend got the chicken fingers, which were… chicken fingers. Oh! And they forgot his soda. I guess it wasn’t the *worst* order from Seamless that I’ve ever had, but I don’t think I’ll be eating with them again.

This place is the Chris Brown of burger joints. After braving a long cross-country flight, I ordered from here thinking it’d scratch an itch for having a big, angry burger. Holy God was I wrong. The burger itself was mainly bun and lettuce. The patty was thinner than a quarter pounder from McDonalds, and the produce was iffy at best. Fries were alright, but eating at this place for the fries is like playing Super Mario Bros for the coins. Now, read the reviews below this. Imagine waiting over an hour for what is essentially a $ 12 Whopper Jr. Is this really what You, your family, or America deserves? We must all come together as a nation to destroy the atrocity that is Burger Urway. Walk to 67 Burger or order from Cheeburger Cheeburger instead.

I really didn’t expect too much from this little chain burger spot, but as my usual burger place in the hood was letting me down(it was closed), I decided to give this place a whirl. Verdict: It’s pretty decent burger, especially for the price. I was, for the most part very pleasantly surprised. What I had: Plain Steakburger with lettuce/tomato/grilled onion/mayo/pickles Onion Rings Chocolate Strawberry shake The two marks down would be for the onion rings(which were just terrible. They’re like the kind you get at a bad diner… it’s unclear if this actually onion in them), and the way the meat was cooked(I asked for medium, it came medium rare in the middle and well done on the outside. It was still very good, just not what I ordered). The burger itself was a very nice solid juicy piece of meat, with well proportioned toppings and a very nice brioche bun. The shake was not life altering, but a very good shake. Richer and creamier than you’d expect from a fast food place, and a real ice cream shake, but otherwise not remarkable. The ambiance is a very casual fast-food eating area, but with nice hardwood and a big screen TV on which I watched«The Fighter» while I waited for my food. The girl at the counter was very helpful, and very nice. I’ll go back again when my usual place is closed, but I won’t go out of my way for it.
