Food and service was exellent. At the end of the night during closing i went to use the restroom and one of the employees opened the door while it was licked stating you know you should close the door. I was in total shock and disbelief i couldnt believe that this black man of middle age has disrespected me and place of employment. Manager will be notified of such incident because this was absolutely humiliating and disrespectful. When i got out of the bathroom this nan stated we should get married now disgusting creep

Where do I start !!!
They advertise the location Close’s at 3:30am .
I arrived at the location at 2:15 am .
I went to the bar to order my wife a shot of Hennessy. The bartender Poured the shot, in the process of her doing so I tried to get her attention for a Lime. She gave me a dirty attitude telling the bar was Closed. I’m a very understanding person, If I would of came while the bar was close I would of walked away, but I believe in the process of you collecting my money I should be granted a wish for a lime with my shot. I asked for a manager and they told me he’s very busy .
The customer service her is very unprofessional .
I continued to wait for a manager and no one came to my attention.

My friend and I stopped in here while we were waiting for another event to kick off. Now I’m not gonna lie to you, I’ve been in here before and it was kinda ratchet. Still is kinda ratchet, but don’t be so discouraged. It isn’t THAT BAD.
If you’re looking for a place to stop in real quick for some cool vibes, definitely stop in here. Make sure you don’t have any things in your bag that would be deemed «suspicious», they will confiscate it. And no surprise, you’ll be hit on in here, it’s a lounge, so just be prepared. Another thing that bothered me was the amaretto sour that I ordered. It was pretty weak, so I was highly disappointed. Luckily, I already had a buzz from drinks I had prior to coming in here, so I was content with myself. I haven’t had the food in here nor have I smoked the hookah. And the DJ is on pointttttt. This place definitely has great music, no complaints there.
Overall, it’s okayyyyyy. I may be back in here to give it a third shot.

Let me start by saying… You know when a place of dining is not for you.
Upon entering CHANCE 11, I was required to be searched, which confused me since it was a Monday night… but they were having a Monday night football party. After entering, we had the pleasure of being seated by the bouncer.
My husband & I sat for 15 minutes before we were acknowledged for service, when the waitress did manage to come over, we were addressed as though we were disturbing her. We had ordered on order of buffalo wings and two beers… The wings took up to 45 minutes to come. Now after sitting for 45 minutes and enduring the ghetto behavior, my husband was still complimentary about the food. Which I will not lie it was pretty good. I we both had the jerked salmon, a little dry but tasty.
Now ending the evening was just too much for me… This guaranteed no more visits for me…
First, we was approached by the waitress, who asked us to close our tab, because her night has ended, OK, give her the credit card, then she returns and ask can you go to the ATM, because the machine is down… Extra expenses, great. So. Now after the trip to the ATM, we go to pay the bill, I looked at the receipt and noticed an automatic gratuity fees… Really for a party of two… No good! So I addressed the waitress, her excuse was we not tipped properly so their boss told them to do thus with everyone… Really… After getting the bogus gratuity fee removed. My husband ordered me a birthday drink. So the bartender brought it over and also explained that it’s crowded so they can no longer serve tables… .
The food was good, but it does not compensate for the horrible, horrible, service!!! Waitresses or waiters if you want a tip… here’s one actually greet customers as though you actually want their business…
To the owner, you may need less security and more staff… And customer service training… Have nice day because I didn’t have an enjoyable birthday dinner… Live and learn. CONSUMERS CHECK YOUR RECEIPT PRIOR TO PAYING. OR YOU WILL BE SCAMMED… SERIOUSLY

$ 8 happy hour drink, didn’t taste good. Got the mixed flavoured frozen drink and for $ 8 it was. Regular skinny glass. Wasnt strong enough either.
Food was horrible, their jerk or bbq sauce is just poured on top. Macaroni was oily and plain, broccoli was over cooked.

Admittedly, my girlfriend and I stopped here out of frustration, feeling like we were settling for some random spot. The pink lighting and swanky elevator music are tacky as hell and we were the only people in there (around 6 on a Thursday). But I ordered Penne Alfredo with crispy chicken and she ordered a Buffalo Burger, all of which knocked our socks off. It was terrific and our bill was under $ 30. I can’t speak for the drinks — that’s not my thing, but the food is definitely a hidden gem.

This was my 4^th time here I really enjoy the food !! Hands down all there dishes are great. The macaroni & cheese is the best, as well as the plantains and Jerk Tilapia.
I had the fish bowl for the first time and it was horrible !! I didn’t feel a buzz at all and the bowl is so small. That’s the only issue I have with this place would be the drinks could be stronger. Often times I felt like The drinks were watered down. Contrary to the drink issue they provide Great music as well as a nice atmosphere to go after work or just for a few to sit drink and socialize.

Well Well Well… First Impression is everything… everything…
I walked into Chance 11 and the waitress was a turn off — she seemed aloof with a I don’t care attitude towards my questions. First off — it is summer and it was humid — they had the door open and the Fans were not doing the job of keeping the customers cool… So I said It is hot in here and the dry response of the waitress was, really — I don’t feel it… and that was her response with an I don’t care attitude — so we decided to sit by the door — then she proceeded to sit us on a shaky table that was unclean… I then said we will sit two table away from the dirty table… By the time I sat and was relaxed me and my friend was one second away from walking out…
Chance Management get it together — customer service and first impression are everything for a consistent clientele roster.
The establishment itself was nice and airy — at night — low lighting… The tunes on the play list was certainly on point.
The food was very good and tasty — I especially loved the mac and cheese — the boneless bbq chicken — broccoli and plantains — the cajun shrimp was really good too — and the drink that I had the waitress made very well.
Now our waitress who was lack luster from the beginning became more talkative — gave suggestions and began smiling more — I think she had a drink or two that unwinded her — LOL!
I would have given this place 4 stars — but had to knock 1 star off due to my first impression… I have to say this — when I am in the mood for some Mac and Cheese — I will definitely be back.

Food toke 2 hours to come. Poor service. The manager was rude. Under age drinking, the Drink had a hair in it. The food taste bad. The bar tender was unattended

My friends are always dragging my bf and I to try new places. We came here specifically for drinks and to try out the fishbowl. The food was hands down amazing! I had the chicken penne I ate all of it and I NEVER finish all of my food when I go out to eat! However the fishbowl we ordered was sex on the beach (which wasn’t sweet by the way) and something blue Long Island… The fishbowls tasted NASTY!!! It was literally straight alcohol we tasted and it was crazy strong! Like if you want to be LIT or be NICEEEEEE this is the place for you!!! lol with the food and drinks I was out like nobody’s grandma! Another thing I enjoyed was the music they played!!! Hip hop, R&B, all the latest hits! None of that music that people be like Huh or zen music lol! We came here before this place turns into a party or lounge after hours… But I would def come back here again!!! A

My second time here! I really enjoyed the first time so I decided to come back. I must say its a dope spot, calm cool atmosphere with great music selection. And the food is excellentttt!!!
Fishbowls go for $ 25 but it will certainly get the job done, it’s enough to share. Certainly will be back

I went to Chance 11 on a Thursday to meet up with friends. I had no idea that Chance was small. From the pictures I thought it was big and roomy. Not to say that small is a bad thing but I guess the photographers know which angles work the best.
There’s a $ 10 cover charge. Be mindful not to bring pepper spray because mine was confiscated. There should be both male and female security guards. I feel that a male security guard shouldn’t search both men and women, just men. There’s comedy and karaōke night on Thursdays. If you can’t take a joke don’t sit at the first three tables near the entrance.
Drinks are just okay. I ordered the Blue Long Island fishbowl which tasted like gasoline. I’m not really sure what gasoline tastes like but you get my point. My fishbowl tasted poisonous, absolutely terrible. I told the bartender whom seemed offended that I pointed out that she didn’t know how to bartend. If I’m paying for a service I expect it to be right. No ifs, and, or buts.
The food seems to be good from what little I’ve tasted. Would I come back? Yes, not necessarily for the fishbowl but more so the camaraderie of my peers. It was an enjoyable evening.

Food was great. Drinks not so much. Buffalo shrimp was the some of the best. Mac n cheese were excellent and the broccoli was cooked to perfection. Drinks had no flavor. If the drinks were standard, I would have given four stars.

I wish I could give this place a three or four star rating because the food was amazing, but I just can’t because the service was terrible and the environment was borderline ratchet.
I walked in to Chance 11 and immediately upon entering I felt the ghetto vibe. I sat down and waited for my friend to arrive. Not even a minute after sitting a guy at the bar who was super drunk and stumbling hits on me and proceeds to to make conversation while I’m on my phone and while his buddy is sitting next to him at the bar.
He eventually left me alone and turned back to his drink and his buddy. My friend arrives and she immediately said the same thing about the vibe. We started Unilocaling places to see where else in the area we could go for good drinks and good food. That search unfortunately came up empty-​handed so we decided to stay and see what chance was really about.
The music was pretty good because they played R&B and hip-​hop which is what our preference is. The waitress however was pretty much a bitch. Yes you might need to have tough skin to work here given the environment and to deal with the many drunkards but she was pretty rude, snappy and very impatient. I asked her a simple question as to the best drink they have and if she had any recommendations and she shrugged her shoulders and said «I don’t know what you like.»
I then made the mistake of asking her some more questions about the food menu and I got pretty much the same response with a bit of impatience in her tone. I ordered the shrimp pasta linguine with Alfredo sauce and I must say it was absolutely amazing! It was very tasty and well cooked. The portion could’ve been a little more for the price of $ 14, but it actually turned out to be enough to satisfy me. My friend enjoyed her meal as well.
I got some blue Curaçao drink and it was horrible not to mention $ 12. There was a lot of liquor in it and the liquor tasted cheap. It was enough to get me a little buzzed but I had to ask her to bring me more pineapple juice so I could drink it.
The service was horrible being that there was only one girl there waiting and bartending for about five or six different tables. I’m not sure I would come back here but the food was so good that I just might on a random day. Proceed here with caution.

Food: you should go out to dinner then go here for drinks
Ambiance: very classy beautiful place.
The security check is crazy, you’ll think you’re in the airport.
I will revisit for drinks for sure.

I went to this bar last night with my boyfriend. The music is great! Bartenders are nice & friendly. Be advised the fish bowls are strong delicious & you get your money worth. One other thing the Mac & cheese side order is to die for !! Xo

Loved this small intimate Brooklyn hotspot!!! Music is great! Lots of old skool rap. Food is yummy. Celebrated a Birthday Party here in the VIP section above the bar and it was perfect! Bartenders were pleasant. Just wish it was bigger. Parking is a problem. If you’re lucky you can grab a spot across the street at the closed gas station. Several cars were parked there, so we took advantage of that area and parked there with no problem. Closes early at 1am. It’s a lounge… not a dance club, although towards the end some were dancing on the makeshift dance floor in front of the DJ booth. It’s a cute spot.

Food is good — love the pasta dishes. Drinks are a-​ok — they often have specials. It’s rarely crowded. They show most, if not all the sporting events, which is great. They have parties here as well, which can be fun. Nice neighborhood spot.

I was home and craving something delicious. I didn’t want to order from my regular places so I searched for something different. Based on the reviews of (DINE IN) experiences I decided to give this place a try. Big mistake! Maybe the experience is good if you eat in but the deliver is horrible. I order the shrimp dinner with pasta and its suppose to come with broccoli. It’s clearly their within the menu options. I get my order and the delivery guy rang my bell even though I specified to call (for a reason) whatever no big deal. I tip him and I go to eat.
First of all the portion was extremely small as you can see from the pictures. I was disappointed by this but I decided to still give it a try. It was pretty good but the butter sauce it was soaked in turned me off completely. I drained the butter and ate my meal. I then realized something was missing my cheese broccoli. I figure I will just call and they will send it to me it’s an honest mistake right? Yeah right the lady who answered the phone was very impolite. After explaining my issue she didn’t ask for my name nor address she immediately snapped and attitude with me. She made it seem as if I made the mistake and not the staff. Saying «I don’t have time for this» Umm yes you do darling this is YOUR JOB!
After 15 minutes of going back and fourth listening to her complain about the call to the kitchen she offers to send me the broccoli. Why would I want it now after you we’re so rude to me? I asked for refund (which was only $ 1.00 since it was in addition to the meal) she says I have to call grub hub. I call grub hub they say only the restaurant can give refunds. In short the staff swore they sent the broccoli and even accused me of doing this before. How is that possible if this is my FIRST TIME ORDERING. Grubhub told me they can’t give me a refund because the store claimed it was sent. But Grubhub did give me a $ 5 off coupon. I wish grub hub was the ones making my food because their service is always superb.
In closing take my advice everyone avoid the rude staff who can’t admit to a simple mistake order somewhere else. The price your paying versus the amount of food you get is not worth it! I’m never ordering from this place again.
Advice to the upper management: Whoever answers the phone needs to be trained on phone etiquette or replaced. At the end of the day this is a business and you should never be rude to your customers. Without customers your business will fail. Get it together!
