What horrible bank it faster to go to teller in order to withdraw money then from the ATMs. Seriously one of the most popular spots and only two ATMs. The citi bank has 5 and it’s still has a line. service is normal but long wait

This Chase is equipped with 2 ATMs and provides services of a typical branch. What makes it special is how friendly everyone is! Each time I walk in, there is always someone to greet me. In my experience, I never waited longer than 5 minutes for the tellers. I remember one time I was waiting on line, a staff member apologized for the wait. What’s even better is that they have snacks and beverages for their customers. They have lollipops, coffee, lemonade, and etc.

I came in because I’ve reached the age where I should start thinking about when I’m old. so I was looking to open an IRA.
I originally came in some time in January and finally came back in March to do it.
Both times I spoke with Jaak Cushing-​Savvi and he was genuine and informative. He spent time explaining to me all the details of what I would be getting into and my options based on what I wanted to do. I felt very comfortable with him and didn’t feel like he was trying to «sell» me anything.
Look for him the next time you need an awesome personal banker!
