China Star Buffet & Restaurant

The staff is rude and classless! They have horrible attitudes and are extremely disrespectful. The food is garbage. Its a buffet so it’s SELF SERVICE And they demand a tip for doing nothing! I had one glass of water that I got up and got myself. The food was cold and they do not come out of the kitchen frequently with fresh food once a dish runs out. It is a very small selection of food and the place is rather dirty. On top of everything I spent $ 50 for 3 ppl to eat (which was 2 adults and one 5y

My experience at this restaurant was okay… I’ve definitely had better in the past. I only came here because it was what my father desired tonight. Some food was okay and some was not. Example, my General Tso chicken wasn’t even hot. Some of my family members really enjoyed the snow crab legs so much that they had several helpings. I should’ve gone to a regular Chinese restaurant. This place would be used as a last resort for me in the near future.

Needs improvement.
THIS BUFFET was once better, offering a wide variety of foods and it always had sushi available. THIS IS NOT ALWAYS THE CASE ANYMORE… on a recent visit, the sushi area was empty. I asked THREE times, still no sushi… since I came it at lunch (2:45 PM) the rules at this buffet are if you finish after 4PM YOU PAY DINNER PRICE … at 3:30 I asked once more for sushi… the worker was talking to another worker near the kitchen (this other worker was perhaps a delivery man– as he had a bicycle) They had a 20 minute conversation after which the worker who was tending to the depleting food selections disappeared. NO SUSHI at all on this visit despite several requests. THERE ARE indeed times that this buffet rates better than 2 *‘s BUT it is random, so to get more stars they need to get their act together.
