Best burgers on the block! So much food for a great price. And the chicken is better then kfc!

Nothing amazing! I’m sorry, but we went in to expect some wings as they’re sign says they sell! We didn’t get any of that and was surprised they have much of other food that isn’t expected based on their business name. Tacos? Burgers? Okay we ate that instead and it was average. Could be better. As they are a new business and there was many signs of things that needed improvement. Oh yea. We cleaned our own table. None of them seemed to be cleaned.

Good fast food with a halal twist. When the schedule is tight and the family needs a quick, cheap meal, choose this place over McDonald’s.

Ordered from Chubby’s tonight via Grubhub…. Saw that most of the reviews were positive and it had a moderately inexpensive price point, so the partner and I decided to try this place tonight, Sunday, around 6:30pm… a decidedly«off-peak» time in terms of being busy in restaurant land… Not terribly impressed. First off,(and on the nitpicky side) the delivery driver had my bag of food in his backpack, which struck me as slightly odd. I have never had a driver pull my food from a backpack before… and I live in Brooklyn, so I order a lot of takeout. I am just hoping that this is not the same bag he uses to carry his dirty gym clothes or other sundry items. Second, the menu on Grubhub is ambiguous, and doesn’t tell you what comes with/on the various menu items. That should be addressed, as its just nice to know what to expect. Next, they messed up my order, which is always an auto-fail with me. You have a list of what I’ve asked for, I paid you, so get it right… Diet Coke was ordered and a regular Pepsi came. Gross. The partner’s chicken sandwich, which was requested without mayo came with a rather good deal of mayo, thus making that sandwich erroneous, as my partner would sooner chop off a foot than eat mayonnaise. Last, and most important(as I don’t mind mayo so I gave him my chicken strips and ate his sandwich), the food just was not that impressive. The quality of the chicken in the sandwich seemed on par with the chicken you get in chinese food, but molded into a sandwich-esque format. The deep fryer oil obviously needed a change based on the taste of the breading and the dark color of the sandwich itself. Mashed potatoes were obviously from a mix, though they were perfectly serviceable for the price point. No option for gravy was a bit odd, though. Corn on the cob was good. I enjoyed the fries, though I would hazard they are not for everyone. I would say they are most similar to the fries you get at Burger King… crispy on the outside, kind of chewy inside, and a wee bit greasy. Overall, I would probably give it one more shot and try the burgers, which seem to have good reviews(and am a sucker for punishment perhaps), but would definitely not order the chicken a second time.

My husband and I grabbed food here a couple of times. It’s pretty decent as far as fast food goes. Spicy chicken sandwich was pretty good size also tasted good. The wings in my opinion could’ve been crispier. I didn’t really care for their fries at all. Nice clean place. Will eat here again

I didnt exactly know what to expect from the place when I went in(they didnt even seem to have menu or any indication of what they served the first week or two) but figured I’d roll the dice because what are the odds a burger joint that has the same name as my dog would open up a block from my house. I got a bit concerned when the worker told me «everybody says they like it more than Kennedy Chicken». It wasn’t like he compared the place to Blue Ribbon or something along those lines. Took a bit for the food to be prepared because apparently they prepare everything fresh so don’t expect Mcdonald’s type speed. What you can expect though is a fresh, tasty, fairly large burger. Fries were decent-ish I’m not exactly a french fry expert so I could be wrong. It looked super clean and they had a ton of people working there which to meis a good sign. If they’re over staffed it seems likely they aren’t afraid to spend money and probably aren’t cutting corners or selling food of sub par quality or borderline spoiled meat or anyton Kitchen Nightmares. hing else you’d see. I’ll go back definitely.

Chubby’s is an okay place to grab some chicken. This is a brand new restaurant but they have things up and running quite well. The owner/manager Mohammed is very nice, customer service is great. I ordered the 6 piece chicken with 2 sides. The mashed potatoes and the mac and cheese. The chicken was descent but I wasn’t too thrilled with the sides. Ask for the chubby sauce on the side, its a mayo ketchup dip thats really good. I doubt I’ll return here but if I do I’ll likely just get the chicken and skip the sides!
