This place was ridiculous. They don’t accept credit only cash. I tried their pastry and nothing was glorious about it. Even the coffee tasted ordinary, tsk not really impressed about it. I expected a lot from this spot but they let me down. Probably, I’m not coming back here.

Coffee is great. Staff is absolutely horrible! They are very rude, they hang up on you if you are trying to order, give terrible attitude! Definitely don’t know the meaning of customer service!

One of the best places for a russian breakfast. I love to pop into this places and just randomly grab something new. The food is tasty and traditional and the coffee is better than most places.

The place is ONLY for Russians. If you don’t speak Russian you are screwed. Before they had better girls working there. Now employees are a DISASTER. When I ordered my tea, the cup was licking really badly. And when I ordered my latte with brown sugar ALLSUGARWASONTHEBOTTOM! The place is really small and sometimes owner takes all the space next to the window so you gonna end up eating in your car. No parking also which is ok for Brooklyn. Food is good but girls always forget what you ordered so you need to remind them. They take only cash but still charge tax. Nonsense…

Very tasty baked good and all muffins. Owner bakes the best home made deserts. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is that the place is really tiny and they only take cash.

Food is really good but the service of the post Soviet girls without any expression on their face kinda ruins the experience

Came in at around 11:30 with my friend to get some breakfast and coffee to stay. Place was packed with a huge line of people. Nowhere to sit. When i wanted to order the girl taking the order just walked away then the guy who i guess is the manager was extremely rude together with all the other servers. Left and went to tête-à-tête just 2 blocks away.

I have been here many many times and each time is better than the last. Coffee is delicious; a regular cup of joe, espresso, and specialty drinks are all good. Breakfast is always the bomb and of course their pastries. Service is always good but if you don’t speak Russian it can be rough. My only complaint is that it is cash only which is a bummer. Also, It is so small! Don’t expect to come here with a group for breakfast this is a grab and go type of place.

i found this place on Unilocal, and came by for breakfast on a Monday morning. Line to the door, but that was takeout, and I got a table quickly. Open WiFi makes me happy right away. I ordered veg and cheese omelet and coffee. Both were very good, hot and the service was great. I like this local spot, although small, its comfortable and a solid café.

I enjoyed this little café. It was pretty casual too. I got a yummy cranberry muffin that was so buttery and fresh. Also ordered fried sausage which was great along with home fries(spiced perfectly) and coffee. Overall nice experience.

Always see the ad in parking lot near Bagel Boy, but never went in here. So glad I finally did(went back a week later, too.) Great food, cute little spot, and dessert to go with the delicious breakfast.

Small, nice cozy place for coffee and/or breakfast. The chocolate raspberry iced coffee is amazing. Other flavors and cappuccinos are good also. Sweets are good and baked right there. Tried the greek salad and it was good. Nice staff and fast service. Small place but definitely worth a visit.

Small arrow coffee shop with predominantly Russian patrons and staff. Don’t expect smiling service though it is fairly quick for a latte. The espresso was fairly watery and a little burned tasting so fairly disappointing. Interesting range of baked goods. Be prepared to be in everyone’s way constantly due to the small size.

I’m just reviewing the coffee because it was the only thing I ordered here. Service was really good. The staff is professional, courteous, and friendly. The restaurant is clean but small and quaint. I ordered a double espresso and boy that was a good cup of motivation. It was an excellent way to start my day. I will return and hopefully try their breakfast next time.

I have loved this little gem of a coffee spot since I was a little girl who wasn’t even allowed to drink coffee. It’s a small vintage coffee shop that offers a great variety of pastries drinks and food. I personally am not a big coffee drinker myself so I do enjoy their vast selections of tea instead, my favorite is the Iced African Nectar. Their food is also yummy. I often recommend it to my non russian friends as the first taste of russian borscht. Their borscht is vegetarian so if you prefer meat in your soup you should probably look for another spot. Oh and let’s not forget about the slamming chicken schnitzel. Yumm. Have cash on hand. They do not accept cards.

Best coffee on this side of Brooklyn I have never tried anything here but the various coffee, so can’t speak on anything else, but that’s all I want went I come here. The lattes, iced coffees, cappuccinos, are all delicious The interior is nice and cozy and has the feel of a real local coffee spot, which is rare for Sheepshead. Place is cash only, which is the only downside for me.
