Worst company ever!!! Don’t lose your money!
Destroyed my couch!!!
I know my couch and I know how it looked before and how it looks after «cleaning» by the company, which is nothing but awful. The «professional» cleaning which took less than an hour was done by the person who doesn’t speak English well and was hard to communicate. The «deep cleaning» Service did not remove ANY stains! I am not talking about one or two stains, I am talking about all of them. Not only it didn’t remove anything it make it look worst. I wonder how the basic package looks, the guy comes in, spray with water and leave? Because it that is how the «deep clean» looks that I wonder how the others will look. I didn’t expect miracles or the couch looking like new, what I expected is that I will look at least a little better than before not worst! I regret calling that «professional» company and spending my money on making my couch looking worst. I tried contacting them but they were rude and they stated that they didnt assure that all the stains will be removed, okay I agree but the truth is they didn’t remove anything and made couch look worse! And now they won’t every email back!

This was the most terrible experience. Scheduling the service was print and follow up good. HOWEVER THEY DESTROYED MY COUCH. this young kid came in. Instead of inspecting the best way to do this since its a white down couch. He just hosed it down immediately. I chose the deluxe package at 159. He steam clean and extracted although I don’t think he extracted anything. 2 hours later I noticed as my couch was drying all these new yellow spots ALL over the couch. And I mean everywhere there were feathers there were yellow spots. The dark feathers bled thru and destroyed the couch. He should have remobed the covers. He didn’twhat he was doing. When I called the company. They just didn’t respond. THIS IS A 4 k couch that was DESTROYED!!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE
