Dafnonas Estates

i lived in one of their apartments at 416 68^th st. the place was full of rats and cockroaches. they send an exterminator 3 times and they could not fix the problem. i asked them for them to let me go from the contract since they weren’t able to fix the problem, they told me to deal with it, and they also told me that if i leave before the contract finished i would loose 1 month rent. the place was getting worst and worst when i turn of the light i could hear the rats making noise and several places. i decided to leave the place, i lost over $ 1000 and i had to trow away most of my plates and dishes to the garbage since it was full of rat feces and pee cockroaches. the last day i stayed there yellow water (pee) started leaking from the leaving room roof and one of the closets (i believe the leaking was from the bathroom upstairs). i had some college books and christmas stuff in there. it all got wet. i called them and let them know and they said. you should have insurance for your stuff! all they care about is money, they don’t give a damn about their tenants. is the worst place a have lived. stay away from this sons of bitches. the owner nick leonardos and his brother george have no decency. their building is falling apart! stay away from them or any build from this bastards,
