This is Hispanic entrepreneurship at is finest!!! NOT… Customer service is not even part of the business. Lack of professionalism when it comes to a intricate part of your vehicle besides the engine. Over priced, rude owner and employees. What else do you expect from low class establishment. I know bicycle shops that treat their customers better.

If I could rate this less than 1 star I would. I paid them 35 to fix something with my tire since the pressure was low. I came back the next day with an almost flat tire. The guy had done nothing to my tire at all other than fill it with air. When I went back to them they said they would charge me 10 bucks just to take the tire off and inspect it. Save your money and go to the tire shop on 3rd instead. These guys are crooks

Horrible experience. I was ripped off. They wouldn’t give me a receipt and did not even balance my tires on the new wheels that they put them on. I mean it doesn’t get any more amateur! The big guy Cesar was the one who put my tires on without balancing them. They destroyed one of my lug nuts and I had to replace everything on my own as Danny cursed me out and told me he will see me in court if I want. I have never met such a rude business owner in my life. Go to any other tire shop, this one is horrible.

Had a great experience here. A friend needed two tires to fix a double flat she got on the road. Looked for something in the south end of Park Slope. Saw the Pep Boys review on Google and decided to pass, Danny’s was next on the list. Drove up, the guy came out to our car, asked what size we needed, went and got some tires and brought a couple out to examine. Curbside service! They had what we needed, two used tires just to get her home with, and the price was pretty good. There was a little wait while they did the work, there was a car ahead of us, we paid with no problems and off we went. I’d say we were in and out in about 45 minutes, tires on the wheels.(and there was some time spent on our side to decide which tires we wanted/need. The tires on the car were not factory, and which way to go, etc. The guys were helpful and patient throughout). The place looks a little intimidating, and the guys a little ‘gritty’, but once you start interacting with them, they’re real gems. At least in my experience. Curmudgeons with good hearts. The dog mention in another review has passed away, but there are some drawings and memoriams drawn by some kids hanging on the wall. Plus they sell used tires(as well as new). I didn’t realize that at first, and think that’s a great option for budget minded folks in a tight fix(like us). Tips: Don’t be intimidated by the façade, and know the exact tire size/spec you need(not the make and model of the car… the deets on the tires themselves.) Would definitely go again. –J
