The best thing to happen to me on a Friday the 13th with a full moon. This place was like an oasis in the desert. I ordered a stromboli and a sicilian square and I was in pizza heaven.
The stromboli crust was unbelievably light and held together the most delish filling of cheeses, meats and veggies. The sicilian square was crunchy on the bottom, with a perfect balance of sauce and cheese on thick but not chewy crust. Can’t wait for my next trip there!

Da Vinci pizzeria is one of my faves growin up. Everyone on 18th ave always compares J&V w this pizzeria. I think J&V is alil on the saltier side (their reg slices) and I like the ones here. Their crust is also very crunchy.

The Sicilian (square) pizza is just delicious especially if you are lucky enough to come in when the pizza pie is fresh out from the oven! The price is very reasonable and staffs are quite friendly.

Pizza wasn’t that good. In fact, after reading reviews, I was expecting more. I know a place in Long Island that makes better squares. On top of it, I had the runs after eating their pizza. I have never had the runs after pizza

This place has the best square pizza! As one commented, opposite of L&B! Regular pizza for me is almost the same everywhere, but the squares are what defines a fine pizzeria. I believe great food comes from those who originated it. A great pizza has to be made from Italians and this place is 100% Italian, salute!

I’ve been coming here from time to time since moving to Bensonhurst from Long Island about a year and a half ago. It’s great to find an old fashion pizzeria where the pizza is cooked by Italians in a neighborhood that has changed so much. Love this place and love the food.
The slices are great if you’re in a hurry, they also make a great chicken roll. Definitely a great place to try out whether you’re in the mood for Italian food!

Its hard for me to judge the quality of the pepperoni pizza and the sauce that came with the mozzarella sticks that I ordered since they were served cold. Even the pizza my mom ordered was cold. Only the mozzarella sticks were hot and they were barely ok. I didn’t bother complaining because it was bad enough that I waited for cold pizza and cold sauce. I didn’t want to wait any longer to eat since I was in a rush to go home because I had a long trip ahead of me.

These guys have been around forever and for good reason. Old school Brooklyn vibe and excellent pizza. Used to come here all the time back in the day. If they replace it with another 99 cent store I’ll go apeshit.

Great Brooklyn Square and Round in the heart of Bensonhurst. The sauce was appropriately seasoned and the crust was airy and perfect. I must agree with some of the other reviewers in that it heated up well the next day.
We have a pretty discerning crew when it comes to pie and it was thumbs up all around. Service was excellent. Put it on your list pizzaphiles.

Part II, DaVinci Pizzeria. A bit far from Williamsburg but we wanted to venture deep into Brooklyn.
Went with the plain slice and the margherita slice. Both were done very well, the staff here is also very friendly. I enjoyed the slice just being placed on wax paper atop a tray, a nice neighborhood feel.
The plain had a nice layer of cheese and the sauce had the classic Brooklyn taste. Brooklyn has been my favorite borough for pizza since I wore short pants.
The margherita slice was good, not the best I’ve had but solid.

My favorite :) great pizza and always well stocked at the condiment bar. Guys are always friendly with me. I love their sauce, nothing about this place dissapoints me, except that even after a slice and a square i still want more. Idk how others thought it was «gross»
If you love pizza, this is the PLACE
