What else can you ask for when your computer world has turned upside down? Someone who can whisk it away and bring it back to life better than before? That someone my friend… is Chris of Decker Consulting.
After the oh so infamous Blue Screen Of Death I ran to Unilocal with the hopes of finding someone who can help me and help me QUICK. It was 3pm on a Friday and being someone with an at home office, waiting until Monday just wasn’t an option. I don’t believe in Best Buy and all those other so called computer repair companies that are only interested in selling you more hardware to «fix» a problem.
After reading reviews for Decker Consulting, I immediately phoned in and surprise surprise got an answer! Not only did he calm my worries about my computer, he told me he would come on over and take care of it right away!
I kid you not, it was less than an hour and I was all back to normal. On top of getting over my BSOD, he also assessed my computer for viruses and all that other stuff I never seem to understand.
Great guy, great service, definitely recommend!

I’m changing it to 5 stars because Chris was nice enough to drive out to Queens in the middle of the night to help me troubleshoot some other BS on my computer. Thanks, Chris!

I can never stand it when technology doesn’t work. It is the most frustrating experience every single time. Chris was helpful but better yet, FAST! I almost never write reviews on Unilocal but I had to give it to Chris. Great job!
