Domino’s Pizza

My neighborhood Dominos is finally improving. Usually I’ll order pizza and it wont come for about an hour and a half when they’re only a 10min walk away.
The last few times I’ve ordered the food has come within 45min and is still hot and fresh.
Ill still only give them 3 stars as the atmosphere of the store isn’t too great and you also never know maybe the past 2 times I just happened to catch them on a non busy day.

Called over the phone to order a medium pizza that was half pineapple and half black olives. They told me it will be $ 13.79 when I pick it up 15 to 20 minutes later. I was skeptical of the price and so I checked online. It says on
that a «two topping handmade pan pizza» is $ 8.99 plus tax. When I arrived at the location I told them about the discrepancy. The clerk at the front desk said the toppings were $ 1.50 each. I restated and showed the picture of the medium pizza online asking, «It doesn’t come with two toppings?» He said no, they’re $ 1.50 each. I ended up talking to another clerk to double check and reiterated the picture online. This clerk went down the route of, «Oh, you ordered a hand tossed pizza instead of a pan pizza so that costs extra.» I only wanted a regular medium two topping pizza when I called over the phone and it literally says that a handmade two topping pan pizza is $ 8.99 plus tax. What’s the difference between handmade and handtossed?
This Domino’s really tries to scam you! Don’t go here!

If I could gives less stars I would. First off I ordered online but by mistake put the wrong number so I called the store and was on hold for 20 mins before I got through and when I finally did the guy couldn’t understand me so I asked to speak to someone else and got hung up on. So I called back another 20 minutes waiting and finally I get through this guys fixed my problem but i canceled it because it had already went back to the store, that’s when I asked for the manager because my 40 minute of calling my food was returned. Finally speak to the Manager and instead of listening to the customer he tries to say image order was back and hour before I called and did not want to listen. All in all they suck never again

Why can’t we give 0 stars?! Took over 4.5 hours to deliver my pizza on a Monday night. They were not even apologetic.

I can’t even begin to describe how terrible of an experience this was. Probably the worst ever. I ordered pizza and wings on a Friday night. Now, I know how Friday nights work. Everyone wants pizza, everyone is ordering in for a «Netflix and Chill» session or whatever. I’m pretty patient and for the most part knew that it was going to take an hour or even two for my food to be delivered (even though I live 10min away). It took them 3 hours and 30 minutes, three hours and thirty minutes!!! I couldn’t even call to cancel because the line was busy. I finally got a call and my food came. I was so hungry I couldn’t even process what was happening, because on top of the food being 3.5HRS late it was DISGUSTING!!! Everything was cold, the pepperonis tasted expired. Ugh! I can’t express in words how awful this was. Very disappointed and will NEVER EVER order from here again.

Messed up my order once. Was suppose to get a refund but could never get in contact with the manager.

I really gave this place several chances but their service is absolutely dreadful.
I’ve had two orders arrive 2 hours later. I know what you’re thinking. Why bother ordering after the first screw up? I’ve always had an affinity for Dominoes since my older brother was delivering pizzas while in high school. My love for ‘chain’ pizza is now officially over.

But the service tho”…
Don’t call the phone they leave you on hold for over 8 minutes (on more than one occasion — I was desperate).
The delivery is atrocious. They barely get out of the car, the last guy expected me to cross the street. They call before they are there so you spend time waiting in the doorway in your jammies — also not cool.
The last driver, Mohammad, showed up on a bike and LIED about my total — adding a full buck to the bill making me feel bad about my 1 dollar short tip until I got back upstairs and saw he lied. Decided to call and speak to the manager about it… currently been on hold for 11:40 minutes… RREEAAALLLLLYYYY?
After all of this you can best believe that was my last order.

In-​store service is acceptable but the phone service is disgraceful.
I was told my order would take 4 hours because the driver was tired and that I should just «chill».
The food is below the standard of usual sub-​par Domino’s «food».
A great choice if you’re on the brink of death or are facing an apocalypse, although in that case, the world would end before the food arrived.

Delivery arrived super fast, food was warm and tasty.
The reason why everyone else is dissatisfied with this location is because they’re ordering wrong. They all order pizza. If you live in Brooklyn and want pizza, don’t order dominos. That’s just dumb.
I ordered cinnamon sticks. They’re awesome and take like a second to microwave. I hear the cake is good too.

Wowee! They should rename this place to Yatzee! The service was fast and the food was top notch! Keep your «fancy» New York pizzas, I’ll take an authentic Dominos pizza any day of the week. What I love most about it is you get the same pizza no matter where you are. Grand Island, Nebraska, Sioux Falls, Iowa, or Bozeman, Montana. No matter where you go, you get top quality pizza pie that tastes just like it came from Italy. Mama Mia!
Try the cinnamon stix. Who says bread sticks are only for dinner, lol! Yummerz.
But seriously, it’s barely mediocre food but it’s open late and the food got here in reasonable time. Seriously, don’t order pizza. That’s like taking sand to the beach.

The worst. Don’t even bother. 1 ½ hours no pizza.

Worse service ever. Like everyone else has been saying it takes absolutely forever 4 them 2 get there, even if you only live a few blocks away. And by the time the driver finally arrives, the food is either lukewarm or cold. They screw up orders regularly; always forgetting my sauces or drink. And when I tell the driver what he forgot guess what? He doesn’t even speak english. So now I gotta call the store but no one ever picks up! This is definitely the last time I order from there. With so many dissatisfied customers, how are they even still in business? I’d give them no stars if I could. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. You will regret it.

Worst dominos I ever order from made a order online at 9:30 call at 10:56 said drive will be at my house in ten minute it’s 11:30 still haven’t arrived call the store once again spoke to the RATCHET store manager name ZURI who need to be fired being unprofessional on the phone so I had to cancel my order… NEVER AGAIN I WILL ORDER FROM THIS STORE… I give this store a Big fat ZERO to bad I have to leave them one star that’s sucks

If I could give zero stars I would. Please don’t bother ordering from this location. It would never take the estimated time, it would always take longer. I just placed an order which said estimated delivery is 90 – 105 mins and after waiting 2 hours I received a call saying my order would be delivered in 1 hr and 10 mins for a grand total of 3+ hours!!! I wish this was the first time but it’s not. I’m never ordering from
again unless they let me choose another store!

I really wish I could give them 0 star. I placed an order last night around 10pm and I still did not receive my order and its been 13 hours. I called the store so many times and no one answered. I just called this morning to talk to the manager and apparently he won’t be at the store until 7pm. This is the worst domino pizza ever and I wouldn’t recommend anybody to order food from them.

Worst customer service ever. Three times in a row we have received our pizza cold. The last two times there was I’ve 90 minutes wait. This time I saw the pizza was ready at 5pm so I sent my husband at 6pm to go and get it. He arrived and the pizza was cold. At least keep it in the warmer! Unreal. NEVER ordering from this place again.

My order stayed in quality check for and hour, couldn’t reach the store by phone to inquire. When they finally picked up was told it would take 3 HOURS for delivery. Then was put on an indefinite hold.
When order, came while still on hold mind you, the boxes were bent, the pizza was greasy, cold and sticking to the box.
The white sauce on one my pizzas tasted like cold mayonnaise, the spinach was burnt and tasted horrible. The second pizza and the chicken wings were cold and greasy.
UNACCEPTABLE, WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS AGAIN! A WASTE OF MY $ 42.00!
Will take my chances with Lil Ceasar since there is no REAL PIZZERIAS IN MY AREA!
Don’t waste your money!

Part of me wants to give this place 2 stars, but I’ve ordered from here enough to be generally satisfied. The delivery time is usually a little longer than the estimated time Domino’s gives. I’ve never been inside, I always get delivery.
My favorite thing to get is the hand-​tossed pan pizza, and maybe some wings. Nothing special to report here. It really depends on who is making the pizza. Sometimes it is great, and sometimes it is horrible. That’s the thing with this place, you really never know what you’re going to get as far as the quality of service and the food. It has to be a management issue.
But with all of that said, I’m generally a fan of Domino’s and my satisfactory experiences outweigh the horrible ones. If you’re up for taking a bit of a risk and you like Domino’s like me, then order from here. But if you demand high quality service, stay away from this place.
