Domino’s Pizza

I’m sorry but this place should be closed permanently! Not only are the employees & managers rude & simply disgusting but so are SOME of their drivers. One Chinese driver tried ALL of my patience last night but he certainly picked the right one. He has to be the most down right rude delivery driver I’ve ever come across. I had my hand out so that he could give me the CC slip to sign and he threw it along with a pen. I looked at him, didn’t say anything & picked it up. As I’m signing the slip I looked at him & said «you know you are so rude» & he says «what» as if I would be scared to repeat it so I repeated «you are so rude» and he tells me «you talk too much» I think that’s when I completely lost it and let him sample the whole box of pizza. I hope he enjoyed it. I will never ever again purchase anything from this crappy dominos & I would suggest anyone that doesn’t like cold pizza, rude managers and employees STAY FAR AWAY. Everyone at this location beginning from the managers on down to the delivery drivers with the exception of one or two delivery bikers are ALL disgusting and lack customer service!

The guy literally walked out on me. I went into the store to order a pizza, the guy heard me, and ignored me and freaking walked out of the store. And he was an employee– domino’s pizza shirt and had keys to a Domino’s Car. Maybe he was going to a delivery or something?
But that’s just absolutely rude. He didn’t take down my order for the other guys in the back making the pizza. He didn’t acknowledge my presence. He literally just heard what I wanted and walked out on me. If this was an phone– order only Domino’s Pizza shop, I would understand. The guy could’ve at least told me or said something to me. Instead he ignored me like I wasn’t even there. And I knew he saw me too. This guy wasn’t deaf.
Seriously, I was trying to give him money to buy pizza and he decided to be super rude about it.
Never going there ever again.

So far my pizza has been arriving ice cold. Ive ordered ⁵⁄₆ pizzas in order to receive 1 free one. (Some dumb deal they have). The delivery guys are USUALLY nice, as are most delivery guys who want money from your change they have to hand you back. Ive had one of the delivery guys attempt to sell me drugs, like Reefer and Edible Reefers. The person who makes my pizza is usually careless and overdoes the sauce or just doesn’t care about keeping a good minimum wage job. I don’t care if my order is ridiculously gross, that pizza better come out good… And hot. My usual waiting time for a pizza is 2 – 3 hours, but my last pizza took 4 hours and 20 minutes to arrive. I live about 5 – 10 minutes away (driving)… So yeah.

I must admit I only go to this Domino’s after a long night of partying/​drinking/​clubbing or if there is some special going on (ie, $ 5.99 for large 2 topping pie or free pie via MLB no hitter promotion). It definitely fulfills the targets of i) food available late late night, ii) good value when on sale. I get made fun of ordering Domino’s pizza especially living in NYC/​Brooklyn where there are so many authentic choices available. However, Domino’s hits the spot with its ordering efficiency via the web/​app. I usually only do carry out/​pick up and thus cannot comment on delivery times. Pizza taste and quality are okay. I’ve had better but beggars can’t be choosers. What other pizza/​food joint is open until 2/​3AM in the area?

This is the worst pizza ordering experience I have ever had. I ordered at 9:15, the max estimated delivery time was 10:30. I just now received the pizza at 11:30. That is an hour over the estimation, and a 2+ hour wait overall, which is unacceptable.
The delivery guy couldn’t find my apartment, so he started calling out to random strangers on the street to see if they knew anyone who ordered a pizza. I happened to hear his voice and called him over through the window. Turns out his phone was dead, which is unacceptable by all accounts, but asking strangers if they knew anyone who ordered a pizza? Weird.
The pizza is now here an hour late and ice cold. I am currently reheating it in the oven. Rest assured this is the last time I’ll ever order here, and you shouldn’t either.

People are complaining about 1 hour? 2 hours? Try over 4 hours!!! This place was NEVER like this — I’ve ordered from the Smith St. Domino’s for years (I mean like almost 20!) and they’ve always been helpful and under an hour. The ONE time there was a delay, the girl that was working there CALLED ME and told me they were very backed up and it would be a couple of hours, and gave me the option to cancel my order, which I did. The people there now? Horrible! I was ordering for my family, my children, to have dinner which should have arrived at 7:30 on a Thursday evening! After numerous calls with nothing but empty apologies and lies, and telling me the driver was there but no one answered when he called (and he never rang my bell), and he even called store prompting her to call me and no one answered, but the cell phone was IN MY FACE with the ringer on BLASTING LOUD, and forget the fact that Domino’s number was NOT in my call log! Technology, people!!! Think before you start spewing forth BLATANT LIES! THEN, at hour 2.5, she says, he’s out now and on his way, he’ll be there shortly… as another 45 minutes goes by and I call back for the 4^th or 5^th time and she gives me lame apologies and lies with, «he’s on his way» to which I responded, «with COLD pizzas??? I don’t think so!» So she decided at hour 3.25 to offer me freshly made pizzas (supposedly) which were delivered around MIDNIGHT! Umm, no offer of a freakin’ refund? I will NEVER, EVER, EVER order from this Domino’s again. For the record, the was BEFORE the big snow, so weather wasn’t even an issue!

The worse service ever. Over two hours for a pizza that was done within a half an hour. And everytime I call they told me the driver was out it will be another 30 min. This is the second time they did this and I had to cancel my order and when speaking with Shaneequa on the phone it’s like she doesn’t care to reassure u that your order will be there soon it’s just like oh well it will be another 30 mins. Never will I order from there again. I’m surprised this place is still open as all he other reviews are the same all negative… Btw I didn’t even want to give it one star but I can’t post without doing so. Smh

Im still on hold for 10 MINUTES … according to the Pizza Tracker, Shaqueena is still doing a «quality check» from 12:47 PM. It stated that it will be out for delivery in approx. 13 – 23 minutes. Oh it’s now 2:15 PM. Also note the beginning of the call they inform they are hiring for all positions there. It’s obvious now because they are all incompetent. Now I’m not even caring about the order I just want my money back. If I don’t hear anything soon I will call the corporate office.

BEWARE THE DOG!!! It has been 2 ½ hours. I’ve called this joint over 9 TIMES now and have been on hold for at leAST an hour total. I wAnt my money back, I want this place to answer their phone, and I waNT THE FOOD I ORDERED?! I’m already regretting the cold food I’ll MAYBE be receiving. This place doesn’t even get the one star I was forced to put to write a review.

More than an hour and my pizza still isn’t here. No point of calling them either, it just goes on hold forever. Never again.

Absolutely awful service. My pizza took almost 2 hours to get to me. Everything was cold by the time I got it. The first time I called the store to follow up, I was told the driver was on his way and would be here in 5 minutes. 40 minutes later, I called again and was told the driver’s car had broken down, and that they were sending another driver out to pick up my pizza from the original driver. 2 minutes later, my pizza showed up. Something in their timeline doesn’t add up…
Never ordering from here again.

I know, I know. You’re thinking to yourself, «I’m drunk, I’m starving, it’s 1AM and nothing else is open.» You’ve seen the 1.5 Overall Rating (1 Star being the absolute lowest possible score), but you think to yourself, «Oh, come on. It can’t be all that bad. It’s fast food delivery pizza. What do people expect???»
Here’s what people expect even from late night fast food delivery pizza: They expect their food to ACTUALLY ARRIVE AT SOME POINT in the night. They expect to not be ROBBED of their money when they give their credit card information, are then charged– sometimes twice and thrice, and THE FOOD NEVER ARRIVES. They expect AT THE VERY LEAST to receive a refund for the full amount of the missing order. But this will never happen. What, never? No never.
I have come to this site to find that, alas, I am but the most recent in a string of late night robberies by those villains over on Smith Street. I shall never receive my chicken tenders. I shall never receive a refund. My stomach aches, and my purse sighs…
We Unilocal reviewers need to put together a class action suit against these monsters! ;-) ;-)

Terrible. We ordered two pizzas and the stated time was that they’d be delivered in 40 minutes. An hour and 30 minutes later the pizzas still didn’t arrive. We called them 3 times and no apology, nothing. Ruined my night.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! If I could give zero stars I would!!! I ordered 16 parmesan bites and cinnamon stix and it took 2 hours to get here. And when it did it was cold and the driver told me to come outside and get the food, I had to call him and insist he come to my door. I’ve ordered from here before and it wasn’t so awful but I will NEVER go back to this place again!!!

I will give it 3 because of:
I went in at 1:50 receive my pizza by 2:10. Sped was not the factor, it actually came quick and hot to me so kudos to the girl who made my pizza. But I gave a 3 because I’m not sure who she was speaking to on the phone but she was shouting at them and questioning their order.
Despite other conversations here I think going into the place is better than ordering online however I have had a great experience both ways.

It took 1 hour for my pizza to arrive. I went down to pick it up, the guy was no where in sight. It snowed earlier this day. I call to let him know I was in the lobby. I say «hey I’m in the lobby but can’t come to the street because I have on slippers and didn’t have keys to get back in the building; he yells that he’s not coming to the building and pulls off with my food. I called him back to tell him that I paid for the food that he just pulled off with and his lack of English indicated that he didn’t give a shit.
Oh and don’t even bother calling! You’ll be on hold forever.
I better get my money back!

i ordered literally 2hrs ago at 7:30, and have been trying to contact the restaurant to correct it! long story short im still on hold, my order just arrived with no sauce, and cold! also i used a coupon for a 2 topping pizza i had one! this all could have been avoided if they would answer the phone!
ok someone just answered me. why does he sound frustrated though? now let me guess its going to be another to hours before they send the replacement, this location needs to undergo an all around re-​training or rehiring because the customer service is horrible! and the delivery man zhen qi is rude as hell! this location has never been this bad till recently smfh!

I don’t know why I thought this time would be different – the last time I ordered a pizza from this location, it didn’t show up for two hours. (I was told by the very surly woman on the phone that the driver got in an accident. I think she’s a liar.)
About an hour after this latest order, I opened a can of Pringles because I just couldn’t take it any more. It’s now coming up on two hours, and those Pringles are long gone. I’ve called the store, and it’s busy. I’m not on hold; it’s just a busy signal. I think they’ve skipped town, with my pizza getting cold and hard on the counter in an empty store.
Picturing it there, alone, makes me want to cry.

They have an average delivery time of an hour and a half.
Had a serious craving for Domino’s this afternoon, ordered around 2:40… I called around 4:15… & the pizza still wasn’t here. Apparently «he left already»… The WORST Domino’s location of all time. 1 star isn’t enough for this crapfest they’re running here.
Unless you’re able to pick up your pizza or willing to wait at least an hour for pizza… DO NOT ORDER HERE!

Coworkers wanted Dominos so I ordered despite the fact I dont like pizza. If I had come here first I wouldve never ordered. We placed order at 12:25, tracked it online at 12:44 it was out of oven and being checked and there it stayed… for 2 hours! I called twice and kept getting the «we have one biker» line. Biker? Dominos cant afford cars? It is now 2:51 and it is still not here. I can only imagine how disgusting this is going to taste. This is a disgrace. I will be contacting Dominos corporate. NEVER AGAIN. Ok so an hour after she told me he left still no pie. I call to find out he BROUGHT IT BACK!! Saying he was told it was wrong and to bring it back. He never showed up here! I kinda lost it with the girl on the phone and feel a bit bad about that as she did say she is issuing a refund. Unreal. Avoid this place at all costs.
