The employees are pretty competent and kind by normal Dunkin Donuts standards and I’d be tempted to give this place about a 3.5 or so despite the fat slobs and other disgusting customers that sit there all day long being loud and obnoxious and making the experience a bit annoying at times. The reason this gets a 1 star though is the flies! WTF! There’s not just a couple in the store, they’re actively breeding and there’s a bunch of them all around the place. There’s no way that any of the donuts or stuff stored outside of containers do not have flies crawling on them. They’ve got one of the poor employees with a water soap bottle during the day spraying the walls when they need to take apart the corners and clean behind them. I’m frankly kind of amazed that this place hasn’t been shut down yet because this is basically how a store in a 3rd world country looks like.

Every Time I come here I have to repeat my order a few times and that’s hoping it’s correct. Sometimes it is and sometimes they still get it wrong. They usually get confused easily and I always get the same drink which is Carmel iced coffee with half n half. Last time I went the guy asked me five times and I told him. Usually I taste my coffee before I leave but this time I didn’t and it was wrong. I learned that I must taste my coffee before I go. I

This DD has kind staff but the employees need to wear a hair net or have their hair in a bun. Ive had hair in my food twice and there will not be a third time because I will never buy any of the food items again. Coffee on the other hand, way too sweet everytime. If you want a normal latte that doesnt taste like sugar, you must ask for less syrup. Besides that, this DD is 24⁄7 which is pretty great.

Understaffed. There was two people working when I went in today around 6 pm. One guy was taking the order and getting food for the customer he was serving and another guy was busy making drinks. As a result, there was a line. The system is inefficient and a waste of time. The donuts are as good as always. Coffee still have a weird and fruity after taste to it. The price was what made this trip worth it. They are currently promoting. Half a dozen donuts for $ 3.99. Not bad if I do say so myself.

They always manage to mess up the most simplest of my drink orders. They have associates that hardly understand English, especially the older guy that works overnights. Associates that have attitudes. I went into this location last night and the older associate that hardly understands English like to argue with you and he was letting his family member cut his toenails in the restaurant! Gross. I’ll never visit this location again. The one on 86th and 20th Ave. is way better.

Coffee here is not always consistent. Most of the time it’s really weak like that don’t change the grinds for a new brew. But the baked stuff is always fresh. The service always friendly.

The one by Bay Parkway closed and I think this one opened up to replace it. There is so much more space(the previous one was so crowded). A lot more seating and a lot cleaner. I like this location much better. Very good coffee and surprisingly good sandwiches. They have a poster up for healthier items on their menu which is helpful. I ask for no cheese and I really have to keep making sure to get what I want(I watch the person making my sandwich). Keep your receipts! You get a free donut when ordering a medium beverage if you fill out a survey!
