The service is terrible where is the manager the drive thru even worst this place needs new management badly been going there for few yrs will never back again

I wish I could give this place less than one star. There are plenty of other Dunkin Donuts in the area, so please go to one of them if possible. I once ordered ice cream from here, and they were acting like this is the first they’re realizing they had an ice cream counter. My boyfriend ordered an iced tea, and it was diluted to the point where it looked like slightly tainted water, and I threw out my coffee after 3 sips. On top of it all, the staff is incredibly rude.

What I like about this DD was the customer service. The cashier was friendly. My medium toasted almond, light and sweet, with a shot of turbo was made just right. I gave this location 4 stars because the gentleman that made my coffee actually told me to taste and make sure it was to my approval.

We stayed at the nearby Sleep Inn and ate breakfast at this Dunkin two mornings. They made the best iced coffees I’ve ever had from a DD. The staff was very friendly too, and the seating area was nice and clean. I highly recommend this DD.
