This Dunkin is pretty tiny but they have great customer service. All of the cashiers are kind and I’ve only been there three times and they already know my order! Very friendly environment, just no place to sit.

Oh if it’s only was possible to give this place less stars. I mean I know what to expect from Dunkin Donuts, but this place is worst Dunkin Donuts store I have ever been. Stuff are rude and don’t know their own menu, they were trying to charge me more, treat me like I’m a garbage. Floor was dirty and sticky, table(only one, btw) was stick as well. Stay away.

This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts location in Brooklyn. The staff here are friendly and they’re usually fairly quick with getting orders out. The staff are good about getting orders correct on the first try, which is awesome! And they’ll run your credit/debit card for a $ 1 bottle of water when you’re in a hurry, which is also a good thing.

This Dunkin Donuts is amazing. it’s right by the subway so when I go into NYC and don’t have time to have coffee at home it’s right there. Also even if you dont feel like coffee their donuts are amazing and only 0.91 cents. A lot of dunkin donuts in the city are charging $ 1.09 instead of $ 1 which is pissing me off. It’s annoying because they dont get that much extra while you get a bunch of coins back. Personally I hate coin change in fact usually I spend it here on a donut. The people who work here are very nice and will let you know if there is a sale such as 6 donuts for $ 3.99. I would give this place 6 stars if I could.

This might sound crazy, but I prefer this DD to the other coffee places in the area — the service is just that great! Everyone is so sweet and polite, and they know my order. Also, they take credit cards, which in this area is clutch.

This was a pretty good D. Donuts, although some of the patrons talk very loudly to each other using slang i dont understand. The restaurant is actually quite small so it is not necessary to yell loudly to be heard by others. The employee working there waited patiently while i counted out the exact change for my small order.

Because the staff is always so friendly(same 3 main people have been there every morning for years), this place doesn’t even feel like a chain. The efficiency, options of food and drinks available, and great prices are the good stuff about it being a chain. I patronize this location 2 – 3 times a week and highly recommend it. Good job, Dunkin’ Donuts!

Small but quick 123 ordering. Service is quick and never issues on orders. Right next to banco popular and bank of america.

The best thing I like about this place is that its clean, and the baristas there really make the place nice — its like if they enjoy working there. My favorite drink is the caramel latte. I was scared when they built it cause it was a chain — but i am now really glad its there!

The great thing about this particular D&D is that it’s got the potential to become one of those coffee shops where everybody knows your name. I know what you’re thinking: corporate America, warm and fuzzy feeling? Don’t think so. Honestly, my girlfriend and I have been frequenting this place since its inception and the last couple of times we’ve gone there the staff knows how I take my coffee. Another thing I like about this D&D, limited seating. Who needs to be reminded of those who have the luxury of choosing not to work? Just get your Joe and beat it! Oh yeah, don’t forget to throw in a bow tie for good measure.

know what? i don’t mind dunk’s coffee. in a pinch, it works. it’s the same everywhere you go, and it does the trick. sure i’d rather have better coffee… who wouldn’t? but dunks takes a credit card and is relatively quick & painless. this specific location is about 3,000 degrees inside at all times, and the service is a little slower than it should be. also, «little bit of half and half» somehow translates into«fill my cup with cream». they’ll fix it when you complain, but i wish they could get it right the first time. hellooooo people, coffee is not supposed to be white!

this place rocks… turbo ice and a sausage egg and cheese on a croisant. its always great when they know what you’re going to order and start your order while you wait in a line so it’s waiting for you and you just have to pay.

Try the white hot chocolate and pumpkin spice muffin. I normally avoid desserts at places like DD(prefer real bakeries), but it was late with nothing else open, and I wanted a muffin dammit!

I dont know that i would come to this place so often, but i did, ever since the homely bakery closed on Graham ave back in 01 or 02.(i forgot the name, anyone? all i can remember was the smell of fresh bread, 75c coffee which was heavenly and dim wooden interior with lots old polish ladies working.) The coffee here isnt half bad, of course it wont beat the Brazil import you have at your counter top but it does the job. I only had their donuts for a few times since i am not into them, i guess they were good enough or the chain wouldn’t fly. I personal love the colata they have(the frosty drink) and since you can customize your flavor, feel free to go wild on it. I get roast almond flavor most of the time since its less sugary then french vanilla(omg sugar high) or hazelnut(not a bad choice either really) However, sometimes they would add too much of that syrup and the taste went haywire. God they need to make them with a more consistent taste like the green-chick-in-a-circle does. oh, also love the soft serve, it beats the golden arches version on my book.

I can’t front. A medium black ‘n sweet coffee from Dunkin’ Donuts is like 16 fluid oz of heaven. Many a time have I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts to get a pick me up before waiting in line for an hour at the Post Office(see post office review) up the street. I love sugar in my coffee and they never skimp on it when you tell them sweet. Their breakfast sandwiches are also surprisingly decent. Their donuts are pretty good but c’mon, I’m from Richmond Virginia. I know Krispy Kreme and you sir are no Krispy Kreme. –1 Star for the cats that open the door for you and ask for change. I don’t mind the obviously homeless people who do it but what’s the deal with the teenagers/cats in their mid 20’s doing it? One time this dude with new Nikes, a new fitted Yankees hat, jeans that were more expensive than mine, who was talking on his cell phone was doing the door hustle. NEWRULE: If you’re wearing more than $ 200 of gear AND have a cell phone plan, you’re not allowed to beg for change at the Dunkin’ Donuts.

It’s not the best DD I’ve been to, but it is my local one and they know my order(medium black coffee) by heart. It bugs me when they ask if I want it hot, as if coffee was supposed to be served cold. :P My one complaint, is usually there are 2 – 3 people working, one making sandwiches, and 1 – 2 working the register. With all the hipsters in my ‘hood ordering«double machiotto frappichino on ice with extra caramel and cool whip», it takes freakin’ 10 minutes to make each drink. The line has reached out the door on many occasions. Add some staff and this place would be on par with other DD franchises. IMO, DD has the best coffee, and is the same coffee no matter where you go. Drinking it black, bad coffee is really bad as you don’t have the sugar or milk to mask the taste. The donuts are always good when you want the sweet stuff, bagels taste like their donuts, and the cranberry orange muffins are coated with sugar crystals on top but are awesome nonetheless, and best choice if you want something to munch on with your coffee.
