Left a message for Eddie to check out a grinding noise coming from my washing machine. He called back the same day and we set an appointment for 8 am the following morning. He arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem as the machine not being level and the tilting causing a bolt to scrape. He adjusted it and showed us how to do it ourselves. We than asked him about a problem we were having with our refrigerator with the bottom freezer leaking. He said it was a defect in that model and that he could replace the drain. We had him do it. The total cost was very reasonable and he was here in total about 40 minutes. He explained all the issues clearly, was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and pleasant.

This is by far the worse service in the 5 boro’s – Eddie does not return calls – leaves appliances in disrepair and blames insurance company for lack of response. Do not use this service.

A total Disaster. Avoid at all Costs — or it will cost you!
My Bosch Repair Warranty Company referred him to me. Some technician came and said the Axiss Dryer warranty was void because the machine had been «pried» opened. This was a total falsehood. The technician said he would return with a second person to discuss the repair. He just disappeared.
I asked Eddie to come and re-​inspect and show me proof that it had been pried open. I would not even know what to pry open since it is a $ 2,000 machine that is clearly not fixable by a consumer. I believe that he may be working with the warranty company to deny valid claim
I even took pictures of the machine. He repeatedly promised to come and didn’t show up for two appointments for which I took time off work.
I am about to file a small claims court action against him.

Called Whirlpool to schedule a repair visit and Eddie was able to come the next day. Quickly diagnosed the problem, had the parts on hand, and was able to make the repair right then. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
