A box of Entenmanns devil’s food donuts for a dollar??? Three packages of Thomas’ bagels for three dollars? A box of Entenmanns premium cinnamon buns for two dollars? Yes, all of the products found in this store are taken here to die because they are about to expire, but we all know the products don’t expire exactly on the labeled date! These prices cannot be beat, and I wouldn’t care if they were sold in a side alley and the person selling them cursed me out, I’m all in! You’ll never buy these items at another location again after your first visit.

Totally agree with Ava E. how much this spot has detrerioted. I wanna take you back. Back in time. Picture it… Brooklyn 1989. Pops and I do all the grocery shopping and have to save money for the fam. Since what most of us call ‘the Entenemanns Factory’ is just 2 – 3 blocks from the supermarket, lets go over on a regular not only save cash on bread and such but on some goodies. And you know we love their Apple Pies, Raspberry Strudle, and Pound Cake at an über-discount as they’re about to expire in 3 – 6 days. This was the spot! But alas, times have changed. Over the past 5+ years they’ve lost major street cred with barely any options available. What’s left is yes, that old lady that’s worked there since I was in elementary school, and she makes you feel better about going in there even though you’re not saving what you used to. 10 years ago they would get the 5 Star Unilocal Treatment, but today, well, you see it…

This Entenmann’s has officially gone down. That’s because the Hostess factory that was close by closed down(sidebar, you wanna talk about me running there 24⁄7 for some Twinkies!!!) I rarely come here because the selection is so-so and the people that work there act like they don’t want to work there. This one lady in particular has been working there since the beginning of time and is still mad that’s been her only job. Okay, okay, I digress. Even though the selection kicks rocks, the prices are damn good. $ 2.00 each or 3 for $ 5.00, you’ve gotta be a fan of Entenmann’s to take advantage of this. Even the bread, bagels, and english muffins are bargain priced.
