I came here on a Saturday because my Fendi frames were smashed to bits after my dad stepped on them. Wanting to salvage the lenses (which with my eyesight cost over $ 250) I needed a quick fix. My friend recommended I come here. I walked in an hour before closing, showed the woman working there my mangled frames and asked her if she could help me. I thought for some reason I’d have to fill out an order form and wait a week. But she went into the display frame sales area and when she came back my lenses were in a new similar frame. She asked me to try them on, they were perfect. She cleaned them and gave me a brand new case! And how much was this excellent and quick service?! I was only charged 40 bucks for the frames! Definitely coming back here if I ever have another emergency!

Quiet shop conveniently located at Kings Highway and W 10^th Street… right off the B82 bus.
Has a good selection of frames (plastic, metal, women, mens, kids, «premium», etc.)
The manager (and only person there on a recent Saturday) was friendly, helpful and real. Favorite part of my visit: the manager actually told another customer she was being rude when she attempted to cut in front of me. The woman was totally rude– but I wasn’t expecting anyone to stand up for me. Yay for managers who actually care!
The shop seems very professional and on top of things. and I’m scheduled to receive my glasses in about a week and I’m looking forward to my visit back to pick them up.
