Great place, as soon as I walked in I was greeted. My appointment was handled on time, no waiting. Optometrist was very professional. I went there at 530 and got a call next day stating glasses were ready. My only disappointment is I chose the cheap union free frame, and was hoping to get a second pair at a good price, but was told second pair is 99 bucks which I didnt think was a fair price for that type of frame.

After my extremely adorable yet unruly puppy ate my girlfriends sunglasses I had a very dangerous afternoon of her chasing him and me(as the one responsible for him) around the house. Thankfully she couldn’t catch either of us(due to her poor eyesight). Not willing to take any chances with my dogs and my own safety at night I immediately headed over to this place which was recommended by a friend of mine. Thankfully they were able to pacify my girlfriend with an excellent pair of glasses and my household is safe once again!

Went to Cohen’s Optical on a Friday morning. I told them the style I was looking for and they kept bringing me glasses until I finally chose one. They were very patient and the best thing is that they were ready the next day, even though they said it might take a week!

Amazing, my glasses were ready in an hour, very convenient! Also, I got a pair of Prada sunglasses, they have great selection, would definetly recommend this place!

Would give a zero if I could. I purchased new glasses from them on February 7th, picked them up on the 18th by the 20th I had to take them back as a wavy pattern formed on both lenses on the same spot. I was told immediately it was a manufacturers defect and they were fixing them at no charge. Picked them up again on the 28th only to have the exact same problem by March 4th. Went in on March 7th to ask for a refund and was told by the owner Renata, that she would not give a refund and this time was told it must be my fault. Renata yelled at me and my brother in law saying it must be the way we were cleaning them until I told her I used the solution she sold at her store with the cloth they gave. Supposedly they are fixing them again but to what end? So they could break yet again. They admitted it was a defect I should have been entitled to a refund. Currently opened a complaint again them at the BBB. Will never use again and recommend that no one does either

I agree with some of the feedback. I’ve been going here for a few years. Previously, there was a sales associate who was helpful. There is a new associate who is primarily interested in selling as opposed to helping. Same experience with contacts. They have my script, they have my measurements, lots of back and forth when the bottom line is she just wants to charge me for an extra fitting, already spent 500 on my glasses, additional on two pair for my daughter. Not returning here.

I recently had to purchase my first pair of glasses and Jenny couldn’t have been more helpful. She took the time to try many frames with me and I love what we picked, I will definitely be back for a pair of sunglasses, love their brand selection!!!

I have been here a couple of times over the course of five years… Last year I had went there to get myself fitted for contacts. First off the doctor was rude. I told her that I had to sit in front of a computer and it strained my eyes when I wore contacts. Her response was for me to get a new job. What does that have to do with me purchasing my contacts? I told her that so she could give me a better brand with more comfort. After that incident I had went in on many occasions to have my coach glasses straightened. Two people were present at this time. I told her what I wanted and she just gave me a look of pure distaste, fiddled with my glasses and handed it to the second person behind the register. Why couldn’t she just do it was beyond comprehension. I finally filled my prescription for my lens again before it expired. I found out that same doctor never notated on my file that she had fitted me for lenses. I had purchased the lenses online because 1. they were cheaper and 2. The customer service at this place doesn’t warrant me spending my money here. Legally they are suppose to answer the request for contacts in a timely fashion which is a mandate by law. I had spoken to a person named Yana who just yelled at me and complained about doing her job. The doctor didnt even notate my file and how is that my fault? I guess she was too busy making her snide remarks and forgot what she actually had her Md in. I guess they are blind to the fact that its a competitive stretch and one block consists of 10 optical stores. You won’t see me there spending my money again not even for an eye exam!

eye exam was 80 $ but got a 20 $ off coupon from the site. also they gave me a free pair of contacts & bio true contact solution water. friendly people too
