One of the most horrible services any cell phone can have. The floor customers service clerks are extremely rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend in getting anything from this store except maybe an awful taste of bad customer service…

Came in to purchase a prepaid plan which is a quick in-and-out process. No way to miss this store, it’s pulsing a purple light from the interior. The layout is a center island of joined kiosks and representatives surrounded by merchandise. By the time I approached the counter, a representative named Bonnie amicably approached and assisted me on my purchase. Basic questions such as ‘what type of plan is desired?’, ‘how about data?’, ‘is a family plan better for you?’ were all addressed. Ultimately stuck to and purchased a prepaid plan. Bonnie smiled and continued from there to complete the purchase with explanations on how T-Mobile goes about prepaid plans and their fees — no rudely pushing any family plans or more expensive options on me, a big plus. In the end, Bonnie made sure we got the SIM with the dried phone number written down by Sharpie. Phenomenally smooth experience as it was the quick in-and-out with some smiles all around. Looking forward to getting another SIM soon and hope it’s with Bonnie at this location.

After my terrible experience with Tmobile at 1908 on 86st, i decided to pop into this one to upgrade to a new Samsung Galaxy 6. Had an appointment with Arson, but the wait was extremely long. Still each employee came to us, assuring us we will be seen. Instead of Arson, this lovely lady, Gigi, helped us out. She was so sweet and answered all my questions about the S6 and also about the different ways to fiancé the phone. Going to corporate stores may always to lead to problem, but if you do go to this store, see Gigi!

Errrrr. i have yet to visit a tmoblie store that is… tolerable. i gave this store 2 stars just because the cashier gave a hoot and smiled(its a rare thing to see). What i dont understand is how a store has a full staff and i still had to wait 10 mins just to pay for something. Why have 2 payment machines that dont work sit around and collect dust? Its just taking up space.

I Needed a new phone since I lost/was stolen my phone. I went there, and asked the guy to recommend what will be the best plan for me. He offered me few options, but he didn’t offer me the one I was expecting to hear(and I knew about from the advertisement). When he finished, I asked him about the plan, and he said that yes, this may also be good for me. The bottom line, everyone want to make more money,

Came here to pick up a new phone since my iPhone died on me. I decided to switch over to the Samsung Galaxy S4. I called in advance to make sure they had the phone in stock and to let them know I’m on my way there. The guy that helped me(sorry, I forgot your name) was super nice and very helpful! He told me all that I needed to know about the phone itself and helped me transfer all my contacts from the iPhone to the S4. This will now be my GO-TO Tmobile store!
