I went to Noelle to see if I could help speed up the recovery from my frozen shoulder through strengthening exercises. While I was skeptical at first, I was glad I did. Noelle showed me a ton of ways to strengthen the surrounding muscles without hurting or re-​injuring my shoulder. She found just the right balance between encouragement and remaining cautious for my particular predicament.

After putting on 46 lbs during my pregnancy, I desperately needed to loose the baby weight. Even after giving birth, I still had 30 lbs to loose and all new mothers out there know how difficult and exhausting it can be with a new baby.
I have been training with Noelle for almost 2 months and lost another 16 lbs. She is wonderful, always upbeat, creative and encouraging. She has been very accommodating, coming to my apartment to train me so I still could keep an eye on my baby. And her exercises leave me with a feeling of accomplishment each time. To my surprise, I can now fit in some of my pre-​pregnancy clothes, only 3 months after giving birth. I could not have done it without Noelle! She is fantastic and so gracious! I definitely recommend training with Noelle!
