Awesome service providing an easy and worry-​free solution to luggage storage in the city. Trevor did a great job of explaining how it all works and was responsive to all of our questions and confirmations. Would definitely use this service again!

We were in a quandary about how to get luggage from our hotel in Manhattan (in the morning) to the Brooklyn Cruise terminal in the afternoon. We wanted the option to head over to Brooklyn and spend the early part of the day exploring, but certainly did not wish to lug around large suitcases. The solution was Marcy Luggage, and Trevor made the process a smooth one! We arranged everything with Trevor online, and he also responded to my phone calls quickly with a few additional questions I had.
The luggage pickup at the Times Square hotel in the morning was right on time, and Trevor was waiting for us at the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal at the appointed time that afternoon. And the cost was very reasonable.
I would definitely recommend their services as well as use them for any future needs!
