Fusion Fitness is awesome, I really enjoy it. I enjoy the flow and focus of the classes. Exercises that I was already familiar with, but Coach teaches how to do them correctly and effectively. Also many new exercises that are fun and focus on all different areas of the body. After doing a few classes I see and feel many great results.

Kidding — Coach is dedicated to his students and Fusion Fitness is the place to be if you’re looking to improve your fitness level in a cooperative, fun, and strenuous environment. Coach Troch meets with each student personally to individually assess their fitness level, as well as other strengths and weaknesses and areas the student wants to improve, prior to the students’ first class. This assessment is such an asset to the student, as Coach can tailor specific exercises to conform to each students’ particular training needs. Just like Evan, I am a jiujitsu grappler and find Coach’s training program a perfect complement.
