Into your employees at this location. New store to the area has great potential to make $$. What will keep people away are the type of employees I encountered the day of my visit this week.

I tried this factory store a couple of months ago. they had a polka dot skirt i wanted that cost too much at the regular gap. lo and behold, one season later, my dream skirt was on sale (and you know at gap factory means cheap!) orginally forty something dollars i scored for under twenty dollars! i was the happiest you’ve ever seen that day! usullay, by the time I had enough for an item when it’s on sale, it was gone! reason i gave it five stars was selection, and also that it was a factory the two gap near me was always regular.

Decent location in the new side of the Gateway Mall. The store is kept well stocked. Not the best on being near but I assume that’s because it’s the holidays and the clothes are being tossed about by shoppers. The lines are kept moving. The last two times I visited the wait wasn’t too long and the cashiers were friendly.
I would definitely go back for more visits as the deals seem to be pretty good. I was able to get a few items for 50 – 60 percent off the regular price.

I haven’t been in a Gap in months, usually shopping for the kids. This is their factory store, ie: cheaper line. However, I found the prices to be obserd and the place was on the messy side. I love to shop but not in chaos.

Definitely a great addition to the mall. Much needed. Employees are very knowledgeable, warm and welcoming. Prices are good. And even if the stuff is a season or two behind, it still looks fresh and you should not feel guilty making your purchase. Lol.

Finally a Gap in my neighborhood. And a Gap Factory Store at that. The employees are all nice and friendly and eager to help without being the pushy salesperson type. Will definitely continue to visit. Depending on the day and time the line can get long
