I have been shopping in the store for over 15 years but that ended today. I am handicapped and I get around in a motorized wheelchair. In the past, I’ve been able to go up and down any aisle in this store with comfort and knowing that I had room to maneuver and I would often thank the manager for making it easy for me to shop there. But upon today’s visit, the store was so packed with«crap», that at one point, I had to get out of my chair just to look at a pair shoes. I let the manager know that I couldn’t get anywhere in the store in my chair and all he said was«yes it is crowded in here»! So, leaving very disappointed, I have to consider reporting them because there is no handicap access throughout this store. Starrett City has a huge handicap population and it should be as easy for us to get around at the regular walking customer.

Decent selection. It’s not the biggest but they have renovated to bring in a bit more stuff. Love the sales and shoes and of course the jewelry selection. The store is divided by juniors and plus sizes making it easier for many people. Sometimes the jeans are sized small so my advice is just go one size bigger if the jeans are not a little stretchy. The only reason it gets 4 stars instead of five is because the women working the floor are rude and don’t help at all.

Very well kept store. The plus sized fashions are plentiful and bright. This store has really stepped up their shoe game! Definitely worth checking out. The downside, only to registers. Which means long lines. But worth it!
