Cash only establishment — 4 star for excellent service and average for food ordered… soft shell crab entrée and roti. the crispy soft shell crab over salad is just okay as the salad is just cut up scallions, onions and few pieces of cubed red and green pepper and the crab is kinda salty. I ended up still hungry so I ordered roti which isn’t bad however the curry sauce is lacking in authenticity jut like the sauce for the soft shell crab. The place is pretty cute and has a cool vibe. I think this is nice place to hang out with friends just don’t expect for excellent food. The green tea cream brûlée I ordered is very sweet for me. I like green tea flavor because I am not into sweets however this green tea cream brûlée is very sweet compared to green tea ice cream… so be warned if are not into sweets that much. No rate for the crime brûlée because it has to do with your taste so it is not fair if I will give them a low rate because of this.

I rarely write reviews but I just had to. Upon the recommendation of a friend I ordered trays of food for a party from Hachi. The sushi, dumplings and mini samosas were not just delicious but beautifully arranged on wooden trays! I also felt their prices were great. Helpful, friendly staff. Highly recommend.

This place was so delicious. The staff was friendly. The service was quick and the drinks were a great price! We also got the massaman curry. The chicken was ok but the overall taste was absolutely delicious. We als got the scallion pancakes(2 orders cause hey we’re so tasty.) my favorite sushi was the bullet roll. I would recommend that. Lots of flavor and filling. For dessert we had the fried banana. Next time I would just get ice cream. It wa series having a spring roll banana. Over obsessed with this place. Can’t Wait to come back

Been going here for a couple of years now and I love it. I usually get the coconut fried rice with shrimp or the their fried rice if you like a little spice. The bullet roll is awesome if you are new to sushi and are scared to try raw fish. Appetizers are good and many to choose from. We usually order a couple of them for the table like the shumai, the dumplings, spring rolls, sesame pancake. Good place have a variety of options to choose from.

#I had delivery from here years ago when they first opened and swore off this place. But I recently noticed they have a pretty awesome #Happy Hour food menu at the bar. Select items for $ 3 with a purchase of a drink. It worked out pretty #well. Good sized $ 3 small plates. The first two items I ordered came out quick and the last one took 45 minutes. There was so error in the order. I don’t know what happened. But I think if you get there at the right time, it works out. Because at some point the everyone is going to come in for dinner and the #bartender is going to be backed up with tons of cocktail orders. #Good luck with that.

Always delivered on time! I really like Hachi because I think that they are pretty generous with the fish in their maki which is the most important thing. I never ate there. I just got the delivery and I like to order there because they are very quick! I tried many places around the graham station and I even one place very close to my home but no one beats Hachi! Food is fresh(rice is sometimes warm, which I don’t mind) and deliver is fast. Perfect!

Passed this place like a million times and finally went in. Had the tofu pad see eu and it was really good! I don’t know what the other food is like, but so far I’ll definitely be back. The décor/ambiance is good, I think they have a back patio and the waiter was very nice and accommodating.

The atmosphere is wonderful I didn’t really care for the chicken and shrimp wontons if it was dumpling it would have been better

We ordered sushi from here and was sent the wrong food. When we called to tell them that it was wrong, they refused to take it back or send us the right order. Terrible service on the phone. Mostly yelling. Don’t waste your time. Just order from the place across the street.

Horrible service with delivery. Ordered through Seamless with an estimated delivery time of 30 – 40 min. One hour I still didn’t have the food. I called them and they said its on the way. Then I get a call from their delivery man who’s english skills are very minimal. He said he can’t find the number on the building. It is the only building on the block … He then calls to say he can’t find parking! Sushi was falling apart and not tasty not ordering from them again !

Excellent. Really nice staff both in front at the bar and in the back dining area. Very clean and inviting space. Food is great, I’ve never ordered anything that was not worth recommending and the prices are very reasonable for this area. I think Hachi is doing great things and I’d encourage anyone to check it out for themselves.

Ordered from here while watching Seinfeld on Hulu. I was hoping this place didn’t suck as I am newly pescatarian. First off the spring rolls were soggy. As for the sushi, the rice was too thick and tasted sour. The fish in the sushi could have been served with a Gerber on the packaging it came in & it took an hour to arrive. Sadly disappointed & fairly easy to please when it comes so sushi. Maybe it was just bad luck… Best!

Love the décor, the bathrooms are super clean, a bit on the dark side but definitely comfortable. I wanted to order the tom yum soup but it only comes with noodles so I ended up ordering the hot and spicy soup, it was definitely on the spicy end. We then had a dragon roll, it was average, the rice was in the smoochy side which didn’t help the roll consistency. The green curry was pretty good, lots of veggies, lots of shrimps and great flavors. The best dish of the night: dessert of course! The green tea crème brûlée is to die for. Not too sweet, right consistency. It was simply yummy! Definitely worth crossing the bridge just for it.

Hachi is a really nice Asian restaurant in the area. The sushis are good. I wanted to review this place because I ordered on Seamless and felt stupid because I request«pick up» instead of «delivery». I called and the lady over the phone was really nice and change my order. I got my sushis 5 minutes later! Perfect timing! I was about to watch Hiro dreams of sushi. nom nom nom :)

Came here twice on a Friday night. Had good a experience both times. Prices are decent. Ordered delivery twice first time was good and food was fresh and on time. Second time they forgot my edamame and my salad was a little unfresh. The lettuce was brown on the edges. Regardless I will still go back because I like there«Orange Chicken».

I absolutely love this place! Décor is very nice and trendy. Staff is very nice. Sangria is awesome!!! This is the kind of place you go to if you’re looking to eat good thai food and listen to really cool music in a chill environment. Very inexpensive too! I’d definitely go back!

JEEEEEEEZ. Came here with two friends around 10:15 pm. We grabbed a table in the back and ordered after about 10 minutes. We got a few appetizers, soups, rolls, and a bottle of sake. The server stood there THEENTIRETIME staring at us. We all felt super awkward… He came up to us and said the kitchen was closing in 5 minutes, we asked if we could still order alcohol and he said it wouldn’t be a problem. We were still eating, he continued to just stand and watch. He took away the edamame which was not even finished and attempted to take almost full soups. At this point we were getting the hint, we asked to get another bottle of sake. In which he said no they stopped at 11. It was 11:01. He then dropped the check, which we decided to ignore for a little bit. After about 10 minutes he took the soy sauce off the table. Overall, the entire experience was rushed and uncomfortable. Too many sushi/noodle places around to have to deal with that. Won’t be back for a while!

Ordered some takeout from this spot tonight, as it was the only place with Thai food that was in delivery range. The delivery itself was here in under an hour and the guy was super nice. We got a salmon skin salad, pad Thai, basil mango and the illusion roll. The salmon skin salad was tasty, but the salmon skin was a bit overcooked and it was also mixed with mesculin greens. The pad Thai was decent– not enough peanut flavor, but it did have asparagus which was a nice, different touch. Lastly, the basil mango was packed with mango slivers and hot peppers– it was a nice sweet and spicy dish, that was great over rice. The illusion roll was off the chain. Salmon and avocado topped with spicy lobster? I’m there. I’ll definitely order from here again for the sushi, and maybe try something from the fried rice menu, too.

Ordered from seamless. Food came so quickly the show(Scandal) I was preparing to watch didn’t have time to fully load. I forget the name of my roll but it had lobster and tuna. It was deeeee-licous. The coconut fried rice left a lot to the imagination. I plan on trying this place again because my roll was really good. However, $ 7 gets you a 5 piece roll. So if you, like me, have a bottomless stomach I’d recommend 3 – 4 rolls. Otherwise, def will check this place out again. Especially, if I’m craving sushi and need it in 20 minutes.

1st timer: My boyfriend and I came here on a Saturday night at 10pm. The curb appeal is there and when we walked in the atmosphere and décor was great! It was such a good spot for a 1st date. There we numerous people greeting us when we walked in so the customer service was there! The food: we ordered the roti appetizer as well as the taro duck rolls and for our entrée we ordered sushi. The roti was good but so small, the taro duck spring rolls were a little too salty for my taste however you can really taste the taro. The sushi was disappointing. It was small like what all the other reviews said and honestly it’s not their specialty. I also ordered a white sangria which was good but who messes up a sangria? Also… they take CASHONLY… and obviously we had no cash but they did have an atm. I personally wouldn’t come here again even though the service was great.

My previous review happened after a food mishap. The owner contacted me personally, was incredibly sincere and apologetic for the mistake and refunded my money as well as providing me with a free meal. They really care about the integrity and reputation of their business. I’m not sure how to remove the photo I posted, but it was an error on the suppliers part.

Bottom line, the portions are not worth the price. A $ 7 roll gets you only five tiny pieces. For someone who has been to a great many sushi restaurants in Queens and Manhattan, I’ve never experienced such a measly portion. I will take some blame though since I ordered delivery from seamless and didn’t know it was only five pieces per roll. If I’d known I would have ordered elsewhere. The delivery also took an hour from the 7:30 p.m. order time, which is probably peak time for the restaurant but still seamless should report up to an hour. The sushi was actually tasty but I was not satisfied and left hungry after three rolls(15 pieces). Should’ve gone to Sushi X in Astoria, Queens, where it’s all you can eat for $ 23.99(slightly more than the cost of three puny $ 7 rolls).
