Doctor Hershman is absolutely great, he is polite, thorough and makes you feel at ease. However I can’t say the same about the administration stuff. Receptionists are cold, uncaring and lack people skills. They cut you off and seem upset when you take more that 5 seconds to find date and time for your next appointment, I understand, that they might be busy, however the fees are not cheap and I expect better service.
