Caution stay away the dentist is a thief they charge you money then they bill your insurance and tell you they will reimburse you if they receive payment they do not they make up lies they should be reported for insurance fraud and the work is horrifying anyways nasty lying thieves caution stay away

UNPROFESSIONAL !!! Booked an online appointment for a dental emergency. Received a confirmation email .
Showed up on time, only to be told they were closed.
This was by the Doctor herself. Why advertise Sunday appointments if your closed? Then When I tell her shes unprofessional, she says fiiiiine come in. Like she’s doing me a favor. I left. Thanks for keeping people in pain for longer periods of time.

Stay AWAY… went to see that DDS a few years ago and still have an awful feeling. Had two dental insurances at the time I saw her. She was a participant in both of them, but she said that I have to pay for the services and when file a claim with my insurance companies to get reimbursed. That was said after she took impressions. It’s called INSURANCE FRAUD. I did not want to pursue anything at the time, but ended up paying $ 800.00 and was told by my insurance carriers that she had to get a preapproval first and when wait for them to reimburse her. Shame on you.

This dentist is wonderful she is caring considerate and I’d have to say the most painless tooth extraction that I have ever experienced. The office is very modern very clean and the staff is very very friendly I got the recommendation from 1−800-dentist originally and I can’t say that I’m disappointed in the least would recommend to anyone who is scared of dentist or pain because she makes the experience painless and quick.

I have never been treated so rudely before by a medical office over the phone. I was calling to simply have my x-rays sent to my new dentist and ask which teeth I had filled. I called a week before I needed them and the woman on the phone said she would email me the information. I called a week later, and the man on the phone was INCREDIBLY rude, lying to me saying he had «archived» my records and they could not be accessed again, when I been to the office just over a year ago. He kept asking «why do you need to know?» I believe it is actually illegal how they treated me, not to mention incredibly rude. I would NEVER step foot in this office again.

Came in here with pre-paid cleaning. Doctor tried to sell me other services. When I refused and asked to do the cleaning I paid for, I was told that I paid for just teeth cleaning, and if I wanted a good cleaning, «deep cleaning», I would have to pay more. I then was given a less than two minutes cleaning. It was worse than cleanings I do myself at home. I tried to say something to the Doctor, she just walked away. Stay away.
