iCracked Professional iPhone, iPod and iPad Repair

Thinking of using iCracked to fix a broken screen or other issue with your device? DON’T.
I broke the screen on my iPhone several months ago. An iCracked technician replaced it, but the touch screen stopped working shortly afterward, rendering my phone useless. After multiple attempts, I finally got in touch with iCracked and they sent out another technician. He resolved this issue, but created another one: the screen on my phone no longer locks when I’m on calls, causing me to constantly press the keypad with my face and hang up on people, etc.
After this started happening, I tried at least two dozen times over a period of several weeks to get in touch with iCracked before I finally received a response. (I called, I filled out the warranty repair request form, I used the «chat» feature on their website…) Ultimately I was told that I would have to send my phone in to get it repaired, and that it would take 8 – 10 business days. I explained that I was leaving for a business trip the following week, and would need it back by Friday. iCracked told me that this was fine, and I overnighted my phone to their repair center first thing Monday morning. When I didn’t get it back in the mail on Friday, I followed up with iCracked to the status of the repair, and was told that they «couldn’t find anything wrong with my phone, and would send it back the following day.» Now I’m going on a trip without my phone, and when I return my phone will be sent back to me in its same broken condition.
Bottom line: iCracked caused more issues than they fixed, and caused more stress than convenience. Do not use this service.

Taha was incredible. He reached out within moments of me sending an email request to iCracked for help with my shattered ipad screen. He picked up thw ipad within the morning and kept me abreast of the fix every step of the way. He was so responsible, efficient and kind. I would use him for any tech matters we need. Thanks Taha!!!

Taha was extremely easy to work with. He contacted me almost immediately after I contacted iCracked about my sad, destroyed iphone 5c screen (cases are important!!) I had dropped it while walking, most likely in *just* the right angle to cause the entire screen to be filled with cracks. Anyway, Taha came to the rescue: he met me at a café right near my office, and in 20 minutes, fixed it (and it looks like new). He even threw on a screen protector. It couldn’t have been more convenient and simple. The process is a little more expensive than going to the Apple store (30 bucks), but it was well worth it – considering the fact that there is no Apple store near my office or home, the convenience was worth the cash – he comes to you! Taha himself was lovely, friendly, and professional.
