Came in here last weekend for drinks with a bunch of friends. Cool cocktail bar with southern american food. Awesome vibe, huge patio, quiet(but not in an off-putting way, in the I can actually have a conversation way.) The drinks were delicious, really creative. The waitress was knowledgeable about the menu and the cocktails. The only kinda weird thing was that they serve spin-artichoke dip with club crackers but I also sort of like club crackers and so do you, so whatever.

Brunch is absolutely fantastic. I recommend French toast or zucchini sandwich. Their version of Mimosa id pretty good too.

Really solid brunch with an interesting menu. I enjoyed it a lot. I wish it opened before 12:00 though. To me, 12:00 is lunch, not brunch.

Good vibe. Went on a Saturday afternoon for a beer and just chilled by the window looking out to watch some«Brooklyn TV». Good beer selection.

What I had: A beer with a friend Environment: Lots of potential but it’s not quite there. The lighting would be great if the door to the kitchen right in front of the bar wasn’t open spilling out cold florescent light. The environment would be cozy if they had closed the door instead of leaving it open in 40 degree weather. The ambiance would have been comforting had not the air been spoiled by a greasy odor. There’s a huge outdoor garden area and the layout of the place is pretty good considering its restrictions slotting into one of those standard rectangular retail spaces. Service: Very friendly and helpful Conclusion: Iron Station has potential. It’s a bit unformed at this point but I bet they can get themselves up to snuff. They need to solve the kitchen lighting problem

I love Iron Station. I have been here probably 4 – 5 times. Consistently, the bartenders have been so friendly and helpful. They have a delicious assortment of beers, and their food is consistently delicious. It’s a chill environment, and has a real community feel to it. I highly recommend it. I honestly can’t think of one criticism.

Went here last night looking for somewhere to hang out on Saturday night when the Sea Witch was too noisy to hear(old people problems). Anyway, Iron Station was delightful, not busy, helpful charming patient woman working behind the bar(we were so indecisive), and we had several fine cocktails. Can’t remember their names. So five stars for a place to drink at the bar. But not quite five stars overall because we had the food(sliders, tots) and that was merely ok, and I didn’t like the main seating area so much.

Meh. Went here with some friends. We ordered a few different things. Got the red wine, which was decent. They forgot one of our food orders… apologized and got it out about an hour later. The wine I had was good. Corn bread was really hard. And the artichoke dip was okay — served with rectangle crackers. Just nothing special. This place is nothing great but I like the atmosphere; it has good lighting.

Came here after work for the first time with some co workers for some drinks and food. The place looks cool and low key which is great. the staffs are friendly and knowledgeable about their cocktails and food on menu. Their happy hour runs until 8pm huge plus for me because i get off work pretty late. They play a variety of music from hiphop to rock which is good also. They also got an outside patio to eat and drink outside, great for a date night and kicking it with friends. On to the food and drinks, i had the quixote cocktail, this drink was so good it was smooth when drinking it with hint of spicy from the siraracha and also hint of coconut. i would recommend this cocktail to anyone and everyone haha. I also had the fried zucchini sandwich, very flavorful and delicious. also recommend this sandwich very good. Overall, the prices are decent for cocktails will be returning soon.

Great atmosphere and drinks. My BF had the BLZ off the lunch special and he was pleased. We shared the taters tots that were dry and lacking. I had the pimento and cheese bacon sandwich. It was decent, nothing to die for. We would come back to try the other menu options. Service was great.

Who doesn’t enjoy sipping on craft beer from a mason jar while playing cornhole? Great little neighborhood spot! Love the backyard and the inside bar. The bartenders are super friendly often remember my drink order,(even though I’ve only been a few times in two months.) Solid beer selection and yummy small plates. The pickles and pigs in a blanket are delish! Potions are small but prices are very fair, you get what you pay for. I have yet to try brunch but I’ve heard good things!

It’s a Sunday afternoon and my friends and I spent over an hour walking around Greenwood Cemetery. It was time for eats and one recommended we try the brunch at Iron Station. After looking over the menu, I decided that the bacon, zucchini, mozzarella and tomato sandwich might be light and delicious. I was wrong about the light part but it really was outstanding. The mozzarella was fresh and you get a really thick slab between two buttery, perfectly grilled pieces of bread. The zucchini and bacon were both done to perfection as well. One friend had the baked eggs. Another had the steak and eggs. Both loved their meals. I am not in this neighborhood enough so not sure when I will get back but I will try. That was the best brunch I have had in as long as I can remember. Time to go home and fall into a food coma.

Came here for Sunday brunch. I had the zucchini blz which was delicious ! Seriously one of the best sandwiches ive ever had. My boyfriend had the steak & eggs which came with delicious potatoes. I had a peach drink i forgot the name — kind of like a peach mimosa. My Boyfriend had a bloody mary which, for me, was nothing special. The only major complaint i have is that they serve there food on paper — which was fine for my sandwich but not for steak & eggs. As my boyfriend is cutting the steak he is also cutting the paper & with oil from the food, the paper was cut & mixed with his potatoes which left him constantly looking to make sure he wasnt eating paper. For this, i had to take a star away bc its just annoying to have to worry about & deal with

I’ve been here about 5 – 8 times since it opened 2 months ago, afternoons, evening and late nights. The staff if friendly and knowledgeable, bartenders know how to make a great cocktail, remember your name(especially you’re a chatterbox like I am…), their menu cocktails are original and those I’ve tried are truly good. I’m not a cocktail-girl per se but their original cocktails are really good and they will tweak them to your tastes. $ 10-$ 12 and honestly worth it. THEYTAKECREDITCARDS!!! They serve«small bites» plates(apps) until close. I’ve only tried three and they are great! I have sent over and brought over several friends for the GREAT deviled eggs and the pickle plate($ 5 each!) Small plates range from $ 4 to $ 10(pulled pork sliders). Beer and wine selection is very savvy and prices are good($ 5-$ 7 for craft and«regular» beers and $ 8-$ 9 for wines, $ 8-$ 10 bubbly. Happy hour until 8pm M-F. Two thumbs up.

Fast service, plenty of space and seating(I hope that doesn’t change as more people show up!), excellent selection of cocktails and beer. Cornbread was amazing. Decent prices. Really tight operation for a bar that just opened up, everything was fast. Nothing to complain about.

Choice beer selection and quality cocktails. Exceptionally fun backyard, complete with cornhole. It’s a new bar but his has the trappings of a neighborhood stalwart. See you there!

Came here for the first time tonight, didn’t know what to expect. The owners were both here and both made me feel super welcome. The female owner’s family is from the South and you can feel the hospitality. I just got back from South Carolina and it felt really similar. I could smell them cooking bacon in the kitchen and they even brought me a taste! The cocktails were perfectly priced at $ 10 each and well-crafted. But I loved the beer selection! Alex, the owner, was particularly helpful in explaining the selection. The other people in the bar seemed really easy-going. It was a nice change from more uptight Park Slope bars where everyone seems way more concerned with appearances than having a good time. Also, they have cornhole in their backyard! Lots of fun, got a good competition going. This is going to be my new weekend hangout. Definitely recommend. P. S. Their menu is small bites, but you can make a meal out of it. We got cornbread, tater tots(with spicy mayo!!), and deviled eggs. Southern eating at its finest.

New location for great appetizers and drinks. Happy hour runs until 8pm. Friendly bartenders, good service, great drinks. I’m definitely a fan. They play a variety of music from hiphop, to rock and roll, 80s, 90s, and today. Cool patio seating in the back. Great for the summer.

Great place for beers and cocktails, just opened a week ago, but an amazing cocktail menu, the drinks were good priced, strong and delicious! I haven’t tried the food, but mainly bar snacks for now, with a southern theme… oh, and they have an outside area. Definitely a five star review! You will have a great drink here
