The curry chicken roti I got from Jay’s yesterday makes me regret all the days when I ate something other than the curry chicken roti from Jay’s. So good, so much food, so inexpensive. I can’t wait to try everything else on the menu, especially the oxtail. Very friendly and quick service. I’ll definitely be returning soon.

I tried this place out yesterday because my friend raves about the food. The restaurant is clean and the food is finger lickin good! I’m surprised there are not more reviews for this place. The people that worked there were also kind and weren’t stingy with the food. I will be recommending this place to all my friends and family.

Ocean Hill best kept secret. my mother was visiting me and she bought the shrimp pasta, it was yummy. My picky niece loved it, too. They make good chicken roti. The curry goat and rice & peas is tasty. The staff are nice. The restaurant looks clean inside & outside.

This is a very tasty spot right next to the Rockaway Ave subway station on the C line. The interior is very clean, and the staff very friendly. The curried goat with rice and peas is delicious, and the ackee with saltfish is dynamite. There was a good amount of customers while we were there, so they are clearly doing things right.

Delicious and unassuming West Indian food that you order at the counter. I always get the lunch special with jerk chicken: a perfectly spicy breast or leg over a heaping pile of mac and cheese or rice and peas with a side of steamed cabbage. All for a mere $ 5.50.
