Some co workers and I order food from here and talk about disgusting. The food was the worse. I called to speak to the manager and the young lady who answered the phone told me «well nobody else every said that the food was bad so » and she’ll tell the manager«Shanna» to call me later. It’s been 4hours and no call. I called seamless who finally spoke to the manager who said I couldn’t get a refund or credit for our food. BADFOOD ! BADMANAGEMENT !! BADCUSTOMERSERVICE !!!

Im sorry, I can only give one star due to the polite delivery man who arrived with my order. I was hungry and wanted to try this place out and am ashamed to say I spent a good hunk of money on food that left me disgusted and hungry, Let’s see, the Chicken Roti @ $ 9 was flavorless and over priced. I ordered Jerk Pork that tasted more like shoe leather than pork so I couldn’t finish it. I ordered Crab Legs and was called and told they didn’t have it and was offered Curry Shrimp instead… that wasn’t a fair offering especially when this place thinks unseasoned baby shrimp nestled among chunks of potatoes is going to do the trick. No sir No ma’am. Finally, we get to my order of Oxtail and Shrimp Rasta Pasta… never again. The pasta looked like someone’s Home Ec creation and lacked ANY flavor. For $ 17 I could have went to Footprints. The only thing that tasted good was the Oxtails surprisingly. I cosign what others have said the food tasted old and off so I had to write a review.

I came after church for lunch after finding this place on Unilocal. The outside looks like a cornerstore and the inside is very dark and un-inviting. Most of the food they were out of at 3pm, saying that the chef left for the day already since it’s slow. So my husband and I had to go with our third choice for dinner. I had the oxtail, rice and peas and macaroni pie. They gave me 3 ½ oxtail, which wasn’t really that flavorful and had very little meat. The rice tasted a little burnt, and the macaroni pie was just alright. My husband had jerk chicken, which he described as boring baked chicken with very minimal jerk seasoning. He had the rasta pasta as well, which he said tasted like standard Mac and cheese and nothing like rasta pasta. The food overall is edible and ok at best. I would not eat there again.

Let’s set the scene. It’s December 23, and I have just had surgery on my right foot and I am unable to drive! To top it off I’m home alone. But the kicker is I order from another establishment that hasn’t showed up in over an hour. Keep in mind they are literally 7min away by driving. In flies Jimmy Fingers to save the day! Not only that they are 15−20min away and get here in 30min. The delivery drive was pleasant and the food was good. I ordered two chicken rotis and an oxtail dinner for my mother and I to share for dinner when she got in. The curry was flavorful(a little salty, but fine by me). The oxtails had good flavor. Only downside is I requested extra gravy on the rice and there wasn’t any :(. Now it’s Christmas Eve and I’m making all this food for Christmas dinner and wouldn’t dare eat it before my family does on Christmas. So I order again. This time rasta pasta with oxtails and curry shrimp. Which was all good, but I do like my rasta pasta better lol. Needless to say I am waiting for my 4th delivery order now was I type this since December 23. I can’t speak on their customer service in store but delivery is awesome. Last time I ordered they didn’t have any roti skins for my curry goat roti and they called to let me know and offered to refund my money. However I just opted to have a meal instead. Good job to the staff over at Jimmy Fingers

I LOVE this restaurant. It’s a corner Caribbean spot in Brooklyn. I came across while I was waiting FOREVER to eat at Footprints down the street. My girls and I got tired of waiting and went up the street. The food at Jimmy’s was and still is phenomenonal. I always get the brown stewed chicken, rice and peas, and a MAJOR portion of their rasta pasta. I drove all the way FROM Connecticut last weekend just to satisfy my craving lol. Every time I come the food is fresh and hot. The employees are very nice and socialable. There are a few tables where you can sit if you want or you can take your food to go. They accept cash and card. I’m looking forward to going back!

A small corner Caribbean restaurant in East Flatbush. I had the oxtail, which came with a lot of rice and beans. Including cabbage salad and sweet plantains. Real good, friendly service. Will return in the near future. Thank you Jimmy Fingers!
