The food was absolutely disgusting! I ordered«Shrimp Pad Thai«and it jus wasn’t right I’m soooo disappointed!

My favorite«hoodinese» spot. They can actual cook food that isn’t swimming in sauce, oil, or cornstarch! The people are friendly and delivery is quick and not judgemental(sometimes one block is too far when you have deadlines). It seems as if they have a few family members that work together and they really do it well. I always remember them on Chinese new year(no I’m not Asian, physically, I think lol). The Thai dishes are decent too. Give them a try, and be nice, they work hard, y’all!

This looks like the typical NYC Chinese takeout joint. Over the years, we’ve sampled lots of them and, so far, this is the most consistent, decent, place we’ve been to. Being where they are on Malcolm X, they do a booming business in wings and white rice– usually dealing with a clientele who seem to feel basic manners are unnecessary. We’ve found them friendly and the food tasty.

Bullet-proof glass and the vague catbox odor aside(at least no mice?), you could do a LOT worse for take out/delivery Chinese in the neighborhood. The chicken wings are crisp, flavorful and juicy. The eggrolls are fat, stuffed with shredded cabage and pork and fried to a satisfying crunch. The General Tso’s chicken was a little chewy, but crisp and coated with just enough sweet/tangy sauce, and served with vibrant green steamed broccoli. Stick with the Chef’s Specials — previous chicken and broccoli combo with fried rice was pretty dreadful. Skip the fried rice altogether — it’s an unnatural shade of yellow and not worth the calories. I picked up tonight, but delivery in the past is always pretty quick. I doubt the no-MSG claim; I’m already getting sleepy.
