Kohl’s

This pretty much the only store I shop at.
First off, I can get clothes/​shoes/​accessories for me, my daughter, anything I need for the house. It’s convenient and they always have killer sales.
Having a Kohl’s Charge also helps a whole bunch because you get a ridiculous amount of discounts.
The store is easy to get around in. Their aisles are wide enough for strollers and shopping carts. Very clean environment and super helpful employees.
The managers are so lenient with a lot and the return policy is amazing.
I love the clothes. I could probably buy the whole store if I could afford it.
Vera Wang and Jennifer Lopez accessories are gorgeous. Rock and Republic clothing brand is just my style.
I really could go on and on about how much I love this store.

This store should be burnt to the ground, no one speaks English and nothing is where it is supposed to be. Don’t even think about looking at the sizes on the hangars because apparently the people who work here don’t understand what those markings are for. The place looks like a hurricane went thru it and they just left piles of clothes everywhere.
If you do happen to find something you want to try on, you may as well do it right in an aisle because the dressing rooms are just more piles of clothes that people dump and no one picks up. I watched the manager walk around with a shit eating from on his face like there was no problem whatsoever. It was bete when it was Caesar’s bay bazaar and that place was a total dump. My only wish Is that I could give it zero stars.
Came back because I had to return items, I should have bit the bullet and drove to a kohls out in long island, or Westchester, once again, they did not disappoint. Return line was outrageously long and apparently on Saturdays, Kohls gives their employees off because there was minimal staff. But there was one of the dopey managers with a big grin on his face like everything was fine. The checkout line ran to the back of the store and I saw at least 6 people dump their wagons and leave. The highlight was the guy in the shoe dept who just tried on a pair of Nike’s and walked out. I have to admit, it was a tempting idea. This store gives all the other ones a bad rep

Good luck trying to get an employee who knows anything to help you here. You can’t even go off and wander around until you find it yourself because of how messy the store is. Plus the line took up the whole entire store yet there were only 3 extremely slow cashiers working. After searching the whole entire store the line had moved like 2 people.

Great place. Nice layout & cheap stuff! What else can you ask for! Go take a look your self! The service is decent. But you can’t alway her what you want with this place at lease you got a few out of the the total.

Nothing really spectacular at Kohls. There were clothes, shoes, kitchen supplies, and such. Nothing was on sale from my perspective, but I’ll be on the lookout for future news.

I been coming here for almost 8 years and I rarely can buy things… why you ask? Well the lines are always long. One time I waited almost 40 minutes. I always end up having the is this worth the wait conversation in My head especially when I just have 1 item on hand
. most of the time I just drop it and leave instead. Its never short no matter what time it is. Some items that I looked at that I wanted I cannot get because I simply cannot reach it. There is a stick thing to reach it but it’s for staff use only. There are no staff visible on the floor to help reach for the items so. ditto…
I love how it’s located at ceaser bay where I can stop by to take a look at stuff after a stroll along shore parkway. They always seem to have discounts and savings opportunity when you shop. Sometimes they do the get 10 dollar cash card for every 50 dollar purchase. They have baby clothing to adult clothing as well as home and beauty needs like make up, jewelry, perfume, kitchenware, bed sheets, décor, bathroom utensils and more.
If they can fix the customer service part on the floor that would be nice since sometimes it hard to find certain things or need help reaching for things.
Things sometimes get very disorganized and be put in wrong places. Be sure to check the price on the price scanner first or else you might be very surprised on the price when you checkout (that is if you actually do care about how much you spend)

Stopped by last night around 9 to return a pair of jeans shorts I purchased online. No hassle, they took it back and no questions asked. Decided to take a stroll through the store to see what they had. This location is bigger than the one at the rego park center. The first floor is where the clothes are and second floor is the home stuff and shoes.
Everything appear fairly neat and there’s worker around making sure everything is back in place. They got a good section dedicated to Levi’s jeans. I feel the sale online was a little better than in store.
The line at the register was long and moving very slowly. The lady that helped me at the register was really nice and told me about the kohl’s rewards card and the benefits. Helped me sign up for one and the process was quick.

Nothing is in order, especially the shoe department, it’s total chaos! All the hangers aren’t on the right sizes, the fitting room smells & looks like it has NEVER been cleaned, it’s filthy… from now on I’ll drive out to Long Island when I need to go to Kohl’s

I give this store one star because the line is ALWAYS LONG. The have at least 30 registers maybe more and only have ⁴⁄₅ open. I was just there yesterday looking for a swimsuits. I am a heavy set and over weight woman Who is struggling to lose weight and when I asked one of the people that worked there where the swimsuits were she looked me up and down and she said, and I quote, «plus size?» I was so offended! So I said to her «excuse me, that’s not what I asked, and that is so rude of you to say that! What if I was buying it for someone else?!» She looked so scared. And after I said that, this lady who worked there who was Asian started saying she doesn’t speak English and started speaking some Asian language to me that I couldn’t understand. So I told someone else who works there what had happened and demanded to see the supervisor or manager and that person couldn’t do anything for me either. I was so angry at that point but I just stormed out of the store!!! I AM NEVER GOING TO THOS KOHLS EVER AGAIN!!!

Kohl’s is a really big store you can go to buy anything clothes related. They have a big selection of popular brands such as Levi’s. They also tend to have a lot of sales especially if you have a membership. The only problem are the lines in the store. I’m not sure if it’s the lack of cashiers available or not but the lines can get really long to a point where you might spend 30 minutes to an hour waiting. In a way, however, it might be worth it due to the discounts you receive. You also don’t have to worry about the parking as it provides an enormous parking lot that it shares with other nearby stores. I wouldn’t mind trying out this store if I was you to judge for yourself…

This is a review of my many visits to the Kohls location. There are always sales people on the floor so you can ask them questions anytime. The line to the cashiers are very organized. The cashiers that I had checked out my purchased all exceeded my expectations. Made sure my coupons were used properly to have the maximized discount. I always left with a smile here. Not all Kohls are like this, wished they were.

WORSE. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER!
I went to Kohl’s to buy a watch because I was looking for a watch, their watches were on sale, and I really like the design for the watches that were on sale. I was able to find the particular design I wanted but unfortunately it did not fit me. This was my first time buying a watch that doesn’t fasten like a belt so I wasn’t sure how to open it and adjust it myself. I went to look for the online reviews and a lot of people said that they were able to go get it adjusted at the store and I went to do just that.
Here’s the reason why I would give them zero stars if I could.
I went to this particular Kohl’s and at that time, there were two women working behind the counter where all the accessories were. One woman was helping a customer while the other woman just finished helping this lady ring up her order. I approached that woman and told her my dilemma to which she told me she’s not sure what to do because she is only an assistant. No problem. I didn’t mind waiting until the other woman finished helping the other customer. The assistant than tapped the other woman and told her about my dilemma and her response was to turn around, glare at me like I am the biggest nuisance in the world, and asked me very rudely what kind of watch it was. I know I look like a 14 yr old but I am a customer just like the other guy you’re helping. Anyway, I proceeded to show her the watch. She took it out of the case and told her assistant that all I had to do was just take off the link. I was standing right there! She could have easily said it to my face instead of telling her assistant to relay the same message to me. I told the woman that I did not know how to open the latch on the watch and before I could even tell her why, she shot me a dirty look that had «Wtf is your problem? «written all over it. From that moment on, she went out of her way to humiliate me for my lack of knowledge in the art of watch opening. She turned her attention back to the other customer while muttering, «Are you for real? You don’t know how to open a watch? It’s the easiest thing!» Excuse me! I came here for your assistance, NOT your attitude! I was completely embarrassed because there were other customers within the proximity. The assistant kindly taught me how to open the watch and remove the link. Unfortunately, the watch was still too big on me so I decided to return it and get a refund. After that incident, I made the conscious decision to never set foot into another Kohl’s department store again.
The only reason they are even worthy of a star is because they have a huge collection of EOS product, which I love to collect. But I won’t be coming back here to get these products. I would much rather travel further to get these same products than set foot into another Kohl’s store ever again!

Chill out… If I wanted attitude from someone I’d go to the post office and ask some idiot about international shipping rates… people have such bad attitude. I wonder how they even get hired here in the first place…
a lot of people think kohl’s is cheap for me personally i think this store doesnt have much to offer… its a big deparment store that lacks alot of prodcts… if i need anything from kohl’s i would much rather go to one by my house in staten island… which has lesser people and more vartity to choose from unlike this one… There is a huge parking lot… during the weekends there’s alot of shoppers so beaware… I use to come here once in a blue moon… Now I’m pretty much over it… Too dirty… Good luck!

I really like Kohl’s. They have good deals and coupon codes. Their makeup section has expanded so that’s good. I like to come in the mornings because there’s less people so you get first dibs on things.

best part is… parking lot! Checkout lines may seem long, but it always moves fast, thanks to those managers.

I love how u can return without a receipt as long u purchased with your kohls card, i tend to lose receipts 8 out of 10 times, so thats awesome!

I don’t usually shop at Kohls. But I had bought shorts for my husband on
. They are fairly cheap at this time — about $ 8.80 — $ 14.99 per short. Originally $ 50 per shorts.
So we come on Sunday afternoon around 2:30 PM.
The line was REDICULOUSLY Looonnngggggg. They probably had only 4 — 6 registers open but I’m pretty sure I counted 50 people waiting in line. That should NEVER be.
Luckily I had to go to the customer service line which was much shorter (because I was returning shorts). Probably about 20 people, but there were 6 people working this area. Anyway, I was returning shorts that I bought for 10 dollars. But I only got $ 8.50 back. I had my receipt but at Kohls, when you return something, you NEVER get full price. They charge you for a «transaction disc» which basically means they charge you for returning an item. If you don’t have a receipt, you’ll even get less back. I overheard a lady who wanted to return a bed comforter that she bought for $ 70, and was only getting $ 16 back. What. the. heck?
So, Kohls does have great discounts, but if you change your mind, you will lose money too.

I kind of dread going to any clothing or department store during the holidays. I had one particularly traumatic visit to the Herald Square Macy’s one Christmas that involved men’s button down shirts and a lot of hangars — but let’s not get into that here.
Ahem.
My girlfriend wanted to visit Kohl’s as she heard the after-​holiday sales were quite insane and you know what? She was totally right. I marveled as we passed rack after rack of clothing marked down 50−75% off. What I marveled at even more was the fact that the racks had digital displays, which to someone who works in technology (that’s me) feels like how it *should* be instead of having your customers run around all over the place looking for a price scanner because the sticker on the peg is partially torn off.
I was also amazed how *organized* the place was given that it was a post-​holiday sale and there were quite a few people roaming around the store. I focused my efforts in the housewares/​cooking section and really appreciated how bright and welcoming the displays were. Everything was super easy to find and clearly labeled.
When we did get on line to pay, I was worried because the line was quite long (we easily had fifteen people in front of us). However the wait was nowhere near as long as I expected it to be and we were out in a very reasonable time!
An organized store, efficient staff and good selection makes this a good visit if you’re shopping in the area.

This dept store is in a quiet neighborhood.
It was re-​modeled due to the aftermath of Sandy.
This was the first time I visited here in 5 years, the last time I was here, it used to be Kmart.
I came here to buy a Derek Lam collection light jacket and left.
Fitting rooms are spacious.
The first floor has juniors, Womens and Mens clothing, skincare, makeup and swimwear. The upper floor has home essentials, babies clothing and the intimates.
Cashier line is very unorganized.

Since reopening in early April after being devastated by Hurricane Sandy, Kohl’s is fresh and clean and redesigned. Fitting rooms are more spacious and comfy, and still have no attendant policing them. You can take as many items as you want, plus a buddy, and even your cart in there with you. The checkout area is way more efficient, with a fast-​moving single line feeding many registers. Kohl’s still has good everyday prices, great sales, «Kohl’s Cash» promotions, and a free $ 10 gift card on your birthday. While Kohl’s was closed, there really wasn’t another store that could take its place, IMO, so I give them an extra star.
