Do not go here. They will try to rip you off. They sold us a $ 20 basic sled which cracked and broke the first time my 30 lb 6 year old sat on it. We tried to return it and the woman at the desk started screaming and tried to lock us in the store! She refused to let us have a new sled even though it probably cost them $ 4 to get these in bulk. We then called the manager who also refused, saying they couldn’t return it. THEN, the screaming lady followed us out the door and began screaming at us down the street. These people have some serious issues… do not go here!!!
