I came here to buy a gift for my mom. The lady was so nice, she even helped bag the gift in a way that made it look all decorative and stuff. I was born and raised in Williamsburg so any new store that treats me well is awesome. So many of the new wave of boutiques seem to target a certain demographic(see what i did). Not this one I was treated well, THUMPSUP!

This is definitely one of my favorite spots to shop in Williamsburg. Their women’s clothing seriously ARE well curated & their housewares & random goodies are great too. It’s a great place to find out about up & coming designers & labels. The prices are reasonable & they have really good sales. The staff are friendly & fun. Life Curated always comes thru when I’m looking for a last minute dress for a party. I found one of my favorite all time jackets here from Won Hundred –part blazer, part varsity jacket with leather sleeves. Check em out if you’re in the neighborhood. You’ll be pleasantly surprised at what you’ll find.

I like this store. It’s not everyday that you walk into a shop that has a nice selection of everything from clothes, shoes to accessories. Everywhere I looked, I wanted something… ESPECIALLY the eyewear section. They currently have several Henry Holland for Le Specs sunglasses, and one of the pairs I fell in love with. I saw on the Le Specs website that they have the particular sunglasses in clear/green, so I went back to Life Curated the next day to ask if they had it(because they only had the black ones on display) and whether they’d be able to order it for me. The girl took down my information and said they’d get in touch with me asap. When I didn’t hear back for two days, I called them and asked what was going on, and the girl on the phone told me that the owner of the store would be in the following day and that I’d definitely hear from them then. Well, it has been a week and still nothing. Even if it’s just to tell me that they can’t order it for me, I wish they’d call. I have been waiting patiently to hear from them rather than ordering it online because I liked the workers there and I want the experience of buying it at a physical store. So as a store I’d give them solid 4 stars but I have to deduct an extra star for this negative experience. I can’t believe they told me on two different occasions that they’d get in touch with me and they didn’t! I’d expect this from a huge chain store like H&M but not from a cute local place like this.

Life Curated had my eye at the door. They have a great selection of flowy silk tops and simple modern bold jewelry I could actually wear and afford. Well curated clean line items also included furniture and accessories. Definately a place to check out that defines why Williamsburg is carving out its own identity.
