This was a perfectly badass hole in the wall tattoo parlor in Brooklyn. My sister and I were impressed with the traditional dark tattoo parlor décor, the Jim Morrison music, and the very cute and friendly pup. Jasmine, who owns Lions with her husband, is super nice, professional, and has a really soft touch. We love our new tattoos and will always have a piece of Brooklyn with us!

I had a great experience getting a small tattoo on my wrist at Lions of Brooklyn. The woman at the front desk was so nice, friendly and spoke to me like my money and feelings matter. I went to Three Kings before coming here and had the exact OPPOSITE experience. (side not NEVER EVER go to Three Kings… rude, arrogant, and over priced)
I was a walk-​in appointment, waited maybe 15⁄20 minutes for the person in front of me to finish up. The whole time we waited, the front desk woman kept us entertained and chatted with us while also giving me the mandatory forms etc. The actual tat took maybe 10 minutes. The artist nailed it and i am VERY VERY happy with the results. Will be going back as I have new ideas already for my next tattoo.
If there was anything negative to say, there were a lot of flies in the shop the day I went. At first i was thinking — is it clean. But yes everything was very clean end to end. They just need some fly swatters asap.

This shop is the best. It’s incredibly clean and absolutely gorgeous! The staff is amazing, always super friendly and professional. Jasmin is a great artist, who pays a lot of attention to detail. She’s one of two people I’ll let touch me with a needle. I can’t think of a better place to get work done!

I know, It’s cliché, but I wanted my wife’s name on my arm. She’s eastern European, so I wanted her name in Cyrillic. Jasmin had me bring her the name written in Cyrillic, then spent half an hour or more researching fonts, coming up with this cool Communist propaganda font, then spent another 40 minutes or so laying it out. It was just her first name, so only 6 letters. I was really impressed with how much effort she made to make sure I was happy with what I was getting, and she assembled her station with the meticulousness of a doctor setting up for surgery. This isn’t some half-​assed operation. She has new equipment and seems to keep up with developments in inks and tattoo tech. The whole process went really smooth, and I was psyched with the results. I’ll definitely go back if I need more ink… or maybe to cover up this other tattoo I got in college from a guy in a basement. Highly recommend.

LOVE this place. I got my BF a tattoo at Lions for his birthday and they did a great job. Fun atmosphere and Jasmin is like, super pretty! Also it’s next door to «Stan’s» the best burrito place on earth. Conveniently located, not overpriced, not pretentious… just awesome. If ya wanna get ink, bust a move over to this joint.
