Keenan and Michael are by far the friendliest brokers I’ve come across in my Brooklyn apartment hunt. After getting fed up with the whole roommate craigslist thing, I decided to look for my own one bedroom. I am somewhat of a skeptic when it comes to the legitimacy of brokers in New York, after all, you are handing them a check for a couple thousand dollars, so I did a thorough background check and somewhat unsubtle interrogation of them when I first met them. They took this all very humorously and still tease me about it to this day. They were incredibly helpful, cordial, honest, and did not make me feel any pressure at all AND I ended up with a great one bedroom at a great price.
