My hard drive crashed on my PC a couple years back, The computer wouldn’t turn on. Someone asked me to take it here. They fixed it the next day and backed up all my files. I was satisfied with their service. So when my laptop started working at a speed of a crippled turtle, I took it here. Again they fixed it the next day and installed an anti-​virus for free. The diagnostics and removal of viruses came out to $ 85, which is a good price from what I gathered. Hopefully I never have to come back here again. But if there is something wrong with my electronics I’ll know where to go.

We purchased a Sony laptop from Main and they were super. They did everything they said they would do and did it on time. When I had questions afterwards they were there to answer and they were able to do so. Later I had a crashed hard drive on one of our desktops in the office.. They ghosted it and put in a new harddrive and loaded everything back on it. They had it ready the next morning. I would not go anywhere else to purchase or repair computers. They have made ma a believer. This is what customer service should be.

This place has many cheap priced products.
Also many of their items are OEM, which means they do not have Technical Support on some of the products they sell.
They also have mostly B Class products.
which mainly means they are «refurbished» products.
Really good things to buy at this place is:

Power Supplies
Cables
CD and DVD Drives
LCD Monitors
CDR & DVDRs
External cases sometimes.
Motherboards sometimes, if you know what to look for and get.
They don’t have every single thing and many times missing important
products people really want.
You will be charged on special orders so be careful.
The repair services are a bit pricey but if you need repairs,
the Korean guys there know their stuff.
Sometimes they catch amnesia when doing business,
you just have to be firm with them and dont take crap.
or they will take advantage of it.
otherwise, these guys are really nice for a neighborhood computer shop.
Much less expensive than CompUSA and Best Buys
