This McDonalds
Does not participate in specials me and my 3 nephews went in for the 2 for 5 specials and the cashier told they were not participating in the promotion.
I drove down to the McDonalds on
9 street and saved 20 dollars on our meal

worker’s and managers need to be trained. they are slow and don’t take the orders in order

This place needs to shut down for good. Immediately!

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. End of story. Don’t even bother walking in.

The bathrooms were GROSS. Usually McDonalds is pretty reliable for having possible bathroom however… After waiting and my husband reporting the grossness of the men’s room I left without even using it.

The workers here don’t seem to understand English. Once I ordered 2 sausgae McGriddles and I got 2 sausage burritos. Another timeI ordered a Southwest salad, grilled, with vinagrette, but instead I got a crispy salad with ginger sauce. Other than that, the food tastes nice.

Bad service they open for noting they noting customer service is lousy work is in there don’t provide good service and when you go when did you order what you want they don’t have it the worst McDonald’s ever

I went in here with my friend. The manager seemed to be rushing us to make an order after I said we weren’t ready. We got a 20 piece and the sauce I asked for was sweet and sour. When I checked the bag I got bbq instead. I went to ask for sweet and sour and only got one, knowing I have a 20 piece. The employees seemed like they didn’t feel like talking to any customer.

I have been on line waiting to order 4pm on a Saturday afternoon last week.
At 5pm, I gave up and went to Costco.
There were kids yelling and running around.
People were not happy.
It seem like this establishment was more interested in the drive thru than the customers on line waiting in the stores.

I only used to come to this McDonalds because it was one of the best ones in the sense the food seemed relatively fresh, I assume due to the high turn over rate, only once have I ever got burned dark brown fries here, and it was late at night, and they insisted that’s how they come… Yeah Ok lady, you fail, at least they gave me my money back.
So DONT order anything healthy from here, ever, I have come super early on multiple occasions and have sat and watched employees remove date labels from Parfaits and Salads and slap on new ones. Not even having the decency to do it out of site, just in front of everyone. The early morning staff also messes up every single order so you’re waiting fifteen minutes for food. Between 7−8am when the main staff shows up and all day until about 4pm the staff is on point. The food is great, no rude service, no slow service. The lines get crazy long but they do keep at least 3 registers open, and knock on wood they have yet to botch an order. Go at 3am and take a damn nap or catch up on a long book while you wait the half hour for your meal. At least it will be fresh and make you remember why you love McDonalds. ;p
Its always disgusting in the seating area, I pity the employees. I would have given this a four star before seeing the salad and yogurt thing, and also that they don’t even rinse out the McCafe pitchers between mixing drinks. (It only gets rinsed right in the machine and takes like 20 seconds, so not doing it is disgusting)

Well I decided to sample a few different selections off the menu this time.
Big Mac-​Gotta love the special sauce. Wow. Chicken Mcnuggets, I just love the polynesian sauce. The fries were so so on this visit but normally I love them.
The apple pie is good but could be better.

I tried a Big Mac, it was pretty good. Fries were seasoned well but didn’t really taste of potatoes. Put very little ice in my soda, which I hate. Gotta say this place is mediocre at best.

This place is very crowded and not the best mcdonalds in brooklyn.

I gotta admit… McDonald’s is that last resort for me to grab food. If I am drunk, high or going crazy it’s most likely I would get food from here. This location is open 24hrs which is good. I can always use a burger anytime of the day… BUT wait… There is a Burger King about 3 or 4 blocks away. If I am lazy and don’t wanna walk anymore I end up here.
The place is usually clean and I like how they have sauce dispenser for the sweet & sour and BBQ. Kudos!

McDonald’s knows me. it knows what i think. it knows my innermost thoughts that i do not want anyone to find out about. it knows i want to be bad and it doesnt care that i try to fight it.
True story…
When you go for the minty amazing shamrock shake and ask for no whipped cream but get it anyway with a cherry on top, it knew you wanted it.
When you go for breakfast and get one sausage burrito from the dollar menu and wind up with a free hash brown because they felt bad that they made you wait so long, it knew you wouldn’t mind.
Did i need the extra 230 calories to start my day? Of course not, but it sure was good!
McDonalds lets you be bad, and even though it’s bad for you, and you just can’t resist sometimes…

Please understand that by four stars, I mean in comparison to other McDonalds. This is in no way a ranking based on restaurants as a whole.
Moving on…
I live a few blocks away from this McDonalds, and despite the language barrier that most might experience here (they mostly speak Spanish and only a few speak English properly), I get some of the best service in town.
First off, I am usually walking my dog, which means I cannot enter the establishment. My dog has become so popular here, that a few of the staff will actually come out and take my order (instead of me having to walk up to the drive-​up window). They take my money, hand me back my change, and even my food! Brownie loves them for it, cuz that usually means a free chicken nugget for her.
Next, they are open 24 hours. Need I say anything else? Drunk? No problem. Bored late a night? No problem. Just getting in from afterhours? No problem. Booty call wants a snack? Tell her to get a job. LOL! j/​k also, no problem!
What else? They were one of the first to have four-​piece nuggets for $ 1! Who can beat that? Many McDonalds lack this deal to this day!
Finally, their breakfast is phenomenal. Sure they are all supposed to be the same and sure they mostly are. However, I live so close, that it makes it taste even better!
PS: Cin L. wasnt lying. It’s not uncommon for both a) mad thuggish, ruggish folk to be in here and b) for them to go the wrong-​way down the one-​way just to avoid going all the way around.

I will admit I LOVE to eat fast food. Life is too short not to indulge.
As I was coming home one day in my whip, (car for those of you have not heard this lingo) all of a sudden, there was a car going one way head on towards me. WTF? Some ghetto gangstas decided to disobey the law and go down a one way to make a B-​line to the drive-​thru. Now, I have seen some crazy stuff, but they were in a hurry.
The drive-​thru has a strange hill where your car is in a uncomfortable idle while you are waiting to pay at the first window. Logistics-​wise, this is the worst McDonalds I’ve seen in a while. The food is pretty good, but the fries are weak and seem cooked well in advance even though there are a lot of customers.
I will still go here as it is convenient, but it’s not the best I’ve been to. The service is friendly and they always end with a smile. Reminds me of the Midwest…
