Not sure if Unilocal reviews for McDonald’s do anything. But this McDonald’s is absolutely terrible. The staff is so incompetent, lazy, and ghetto. They don’t give a f$&# about their jobs or anyone. It also took me 10min to get a quarter pounder. They basically ran out of stuff. I kept hearing the«supervisor» saying«Where’s this? Do we have this?». Hire actual competent staff. Not just any rat from the streets

This is part of what I wrote my friend who noted down in my Facebook status update:”…Hello,(— – ), i’ve reviewed this place on Unilocal before — - 3 out of 5 stars — but this time, i had a bad experience. d main point really is to avoid showing up here(or probably in any other food places) when the people working here are in between switching shifts —- processing of orders become so SLOW… i wish they would advise customers to WAITATLEAST25 minutes during those periods —- I realize we need lead time in between major activities in life(like ‘work’) so we can do better when facing others who expect the best from us. oh, well, i don’t think i’ll be around here for the next 3 months LOL”

By far the worst McDonalds in the system. Horrible! The service(if you can call it that) is with such a poor attitude. Today I went in for lunch and was served by someone who appeared to be one level below a drug addict. No manners, no customer service. She rang up what was advertised as a combo meal a la carte. I wouldn’t give her my cash until she corrected it. She was rude(especially to another customer who was waiting for his order — she called to him as «you!» and pointed to him when he bag was ready) and failed to include any condiments in my bag. It was only due to an older, experienced woman who they have cleaning the floors, that I was able to get the proper condiments and some dimension of customer service. The layout of the place is also poor — no organized queues and a bathroom that opens right out in front of the seating area(so customers can get a good whiff and view of what just happened on the commode!). I guess they do a good volume of transient business so they don’t really care about repeat customers. I would(and I try to) avoid this place at all costs, but it is near my office and sometimes I just want something quick for breakfast — so I’ll probably be back for that $ 1 coffee. Great job whoever owns/runs this place! You need to screen your employees better or teach them the basics of customer service and polite communications!

No complaints here today :) I will admit that I’m not a big fan of McDonalds but today I decided to give them a try since I had 15mins to waste while waiting for a friend. I ordered a salad and grilled snack wrap with the help of the cashier because I was lost with the menu looking for low calorie options. Needless to say, it wasnt a bad experience, the food was good, the tables were clean and I saved money!

This Mickey D’s is great for some late night grub if you’re coming in after a night of partying… but the food is just wayyyy inconsistent. For example, once I picked up a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, and the biscuit was super dry. Disappointing indeed! So, the next time I go in, I order a sausage, egg, & cheese McMuffin b/c I’m thinking the biscuit will be dry again so I’ll try the muffin instead. Well, they accidentally give me the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit– and instead of returning it to the counter, I eat it anyway… and, what do you know, the biscuit was succulent and flaky!!! I thought these fast food restaurants had some type of quality control so that the food tastes the same every time. Apparently not!!! I mean, the BE&C biscuit from Mickey D’s is one of my favorite brekky treats as a kid. To come across a dry-ass biscuit is just blasphemy. Another example: on my last visit, they featured a special of two Filet-o-Fish sandwiches for $ 4. Well, I didn’t need two sandwiches, so I ordered one for $ 2. I was super excited b/c I hadn’t had a Filet-o-Fish in years, but ughhhh, the bread was super dry… and the fish patty was super small, overcooked, and hard as a rock. Nasty! Note that this location of McDonald’s is really ugly inside. It is in desperate need of remodeling! Trust me, only go here if you are desperate for some late-night grease.

This was the first McDonalds that ever made me want to never eat fast food again. Something tasted off about the Big Mac and the guy at the cash register got in a fist fight with a rude customer outside. I’d like to thank this place for turning me off fast food for good.

This place is down the street from where I work and although the lines inside during lunch hour are annoying, they move fast. The staff here is friendly and pleasant — never had bad vibes from them. Also never had a wrong order. The average rating is a little low for what this place deserves, so I figured I’d help set the record straight.

This Mcdonald’s location is pretty good. Through out the day you can find the lines pretty long but they always have multiple lines open and although they look intimidatingly long– move rather quickly. The servers aren’t exactly thrilled to be there but they are respectful, well at least most of them are. I believe the manager is the tall, dark guy in the white shirt. I go there a couple of times a week and he always has the place in check when hes around. He never treats the employees unkindly, but seems to demand good work. When he sees that a person is waiting for something a little too long, he goes and gets it for them himself. He’s very friendly and treats the customers kindly. He doesn’t know people notice, but a lot of people have and they depend on him. The food isn’t as hot as I’d like it, but with hundreds of customers coming in, daily, they hold up pretty well against other McDonald’s locations.

I have been to this mcdonalds a few times simple because I work in the area and I only get a 30 min lunch break… which means my options are on a time crunch as it is… However my experience at this particual location is pretty much the worst… The majority of the staff is rude, and as the previous person said before, the staff rather be on there phone, then to do there job and take care of the customers… The place is filthy, and the majority of the staff that works there are either hispanic or african american, I have yet to see any caucasions work there, and the staff does treeat the causcasion customers really bad… There is only one girl that works there that I actually like, who actually is nice to everyone… I wish I knew her name, beucase she is the only I like becuase she actually works and treats ever single customer with respect and a smile I wish the staff there could learn something from her… but everyone else is just rude and ghetto-fab.(is that the right term) All i know is when you are at work, you should treat everyone with the same respect regardless of what they are… and furthermore Ive seen there manager… and management isnt any better… To be honest with you, with todays job market the way it is, im sure there are plenty of hard working people that would trade places with this staff, and work with pride, respect and work as a team. So if your looking for a decent place to eat on a time crunch, go across the street, and check out Checkers, atleast the staff there Treats people with respect… and you wont recieve the aweful experience that me and many others have recieved from this place…

I have been to this location a few times and noticed quite a few disturbing things. 1) there seems to be no management on the premises at any time. This was apparent today when i was greeted by a youth in a McDonald’s uniform informing a friend(not in uniform, probably not another employee) quote: «these motherfuckers keep taking all the napkins and i ain’t going downstairs to get more, fuck’em» I can only assume a manager would have had something to say about that outburst. 2.) There are no Causation employees, there are no Hispanic employees and, while most customers are greeted with«attitude», Caucasian customers are met with downright hostility. it is shown in body language, tone of voice and obvious anger. If i had noticed this once or twice i could let it go… but every time I go there its the same thing… The last few times my girlfriend and I sat close to the counter just to watch white people recoil in fear while trying to order. 3) the employees cellphone is more important than your order. more than once i have seen employees simply stop what there doing to take a call on there personal cellphone, or even worse, try to assemble a complicated coffee drink with one hand while shouting and laughing into your cup. I could go on but if you factor in the cold food, the filthy tables and floor and the always overflowing garbage that greets you on your way in or out you can see why this place has earned one star. if i could 0 star i would.

I would never opt for McDonald’s outside of a road trip or a hangover, but some days the little people make the decisions. When I go to see a G or PG matinée at Court St. and walk by McD’s on the way there and on the way back home, I know I am done for, especially if the Happy Meal toys are good. So I end up at this particular McD’s about once a month. Service with an attitude is always appreciated. Nothing speaks better to customer service than a dead-pan look that just says, «What do you want?» Well, I was waiting in line and then when the person in front was done, I moved forward and you are um, standing there with a McDonald’s outfit behind a cash register and I just like, um, figured I could order some food? This is usually about how it goes on a good day and they always give you the food in bags not on trays. I am not saying that working at McDonald’s is not a potentially frustrating job, but I still shouldn’t feel like I have personally offended someone just by trying to place an order. At least half the time, in the middle of my order, the cashier just walks away to do something else. However, in the end, a Happy Meal is a Happy Meal and the food has always been as it should be, painfully average, but correct.
